Today a historic moment in our history occurred as Donald Trump became the first sitting ex-president to be indicted and finger printed by not having a mug shot for a campaign poster to be affixed and likewise a photo of him in cuffs. As expected he pled not guilty to all 34 counts which occurred to conceal the commission of other crimes which surprisingly the affidavit did not name but astute legal scholars believe it may be election contribution violations which the DOJ refused to prosecute. The judge did not impose a gag order on Trump but intoned he did not want to see more of the tweets like what the D.A.’s presented and definitely did not want to see calls for violence. Unless Trump’s team cannot quickly have the case dismissed for failure to state a crime or having the charges barred by the statute of limitations, Trump will be hobbled from campaigning which is probably what Bragg intended when Trump was indicted. Jill Biden after suggesting the losing Iowa team also be invited is backpedaling like crazy that only LSU should appear.

April 4 Famous Birthdays: Kelso, born on this day in 1957 near Paris Kentucky was a talented thoroughbred horse who is considered to be one of the greatest racehorses of the 20th Century who never won a Triple Crown race, but raced for 8 seasons, winning a record $1,977,896 in purse money and won Horse of the Year 5 times and won 62 % of his 63 starts. He died on October 16, 1983 after 17 years of being a very happy and well cared for stud.
