Melanie All Star Barista At Starbucks

Products sell but service is how you really sell

Coffee is a commodity and customer service is how buyer defection you quell

Starbucks when it comes to customer service really and truly excels

Really done almost all the time very,very well

This coffee addict is sitting in a Starbucks on the corner of Newport and 17

Writing away in the ambiance and enjoying the taste of the Sulawesi bean

With a Gold card refills are free but late in the day Pikes Peak is the featured cup

For this poet a taste that is sour and somewhat corrupt

So on a refill my barista Melanie whipped up a pour over with grounds fresh out of the bag

Knowing that a non drinker of Pikes my experience would not lag

Back to the computer thinking in two minutes or so to the counter to check

Before able to stand or on an experience reflect

Melanie had placed a ceramic filled with Sulawesi next to my right hand

Never any doubt with baristas like Melanie, Starbucks has the best service in the land!

If there are accolades in the form of options this is a barista that does deserve

The image of customer service most businesses try so hard to preserve
