A Rare Bipartisan Bill That Freedom Caucus Tries to Block Passes House to Graham's Foolish Vow to Block

In a rare almost historic moment to a default of our existing debt avert
Which almost all the disaster that would mean to our bond rating and economy did assert
The House passed the Fiscal Responsibility Act 314-117 thanks to 165 Blues crossing the aisle
While the Reds due to the Freedom Caucus nays backed it 149-71 spewing bile
What the Freedom Caucus doesn't get
As the reason for compromise they forget
Each side must give a little to get a little and wish they had gotten more
But the rest of the Reds and aisle crossing Blues could not the impending disaster ignore
Biden should be faulted for his early my way or the highway stand
Then going MIA with his head in the sand
McCarthy kept pounding away like Horatio at the bridge keeping not Huns but default demons at bay
On to the Senate with the Treasury with the lowest amount of cash to keep default away
If Graham Lindsay thinks he can ape another Horatio and the passage in the Senate delay
He is a total fool and merits only condemnation and dismay
Rant his objections to the bill
And then call the vote and finally chill

Senior Shoots And Kills Mugger Armed With A Knife Found Really A Pen--Too Many Cities Like The Wild West

Residents in crime ridden cities are facing the perfect storm
Where deadly assaults followed by suspects being released as the norm
More and more fearful of their safety residents don’t want to leave their homes
To walk on the street, be in their car or enter a public place turned into a shooting zone.
When a resident, especially a senior or a female, knows carrying a gun can make their safety prevail
Survival is the most basic human instinct and when confronted shooting first means a trip to the morgue will not be entailed
Any object in the dark of night or pocket bulge could be a gun
Choice to if packing draw and shoot or be shot in the back trying to run
In Queens a senior was confronted by a mugger in the early morning hours
Demanding his cash and cigarettes and probably looking like he could overpower
Worse to the intended victim he had sharp looking object in his hand
Was it a knife or screwdriver? Could be, so could not take a chance of trying to an attack withstand
As the 32 year presumed mugger advanced the victim pulled out a pistol and shot him in the chest
It’s unclear from the news report that with his “illegal gun” he was or would be subject to arrest
Gun control laws no matter how strict will not prevent the felons from procuring a firearm
And citizens seeing the news of violent crime each day will want to carry to prevent deadly harm
We must have more cops and fewer Soros funded D.A.’s
Who have a great proclivity for not putting violent felons in prison for long stays
Where while there to try to rehabilitate with skills our urban schools failed to provide
So if they are to be released to be able to be employed so the need to commit crimes will subside

Allowing Transgender Females To Compete Against Biological Females Will Be The End of Women's Sports--Title X R.I.P.

One of the greatest events for women’s and girls’ sports was the passage of Title Ten
Schools receiving federal funds had to women and girl sports equal money spend
No longer would females in sports be subject to separate but unequal trends
Schools at first fought Title X tooth and nail fearing taking money from football cash cows males’ minor sports end
The effort fortunately failed and schools except in tackle football sport women’s and men’s teams
But sadly a new force has arrived to run the risk women in sports equality to run out of steam
In the push for inclusion in all aspects of life, the left has ignored this simple fact
Biological females compared to males equal muscles, hearts and lungs lack
A transgender female competing against a biological female will almost always prevail
Beaten every time for championships so more and more females will entering sports curtail
A transgender female playing basketball could dunk with ease
A transgender female playing tennis would serve aces in a breeze
In volley ball a transgender’s shot would be difficult to block
In races from sprints to marathon a winning female would be a few and far between shock
In college Division I  golf a transgender female would be outdriving a female by 35 some yards
Closer to the green and easier to get there to be shooting for birdies and lower scores on the card
Only in bowling where strength and ball speed does not determine who wins
Biological females have an equal chance to prevail as the kingpin
Time to imitate the rules of World Athletics on when transgenders against females can compete
If they have gone through male puberty their attempts will rejection meet

Go Woke Go Broke Go Woke With Kids Sales Really Skid

One has to wonder what it will take to realize consumers will erupt
When businesses selling products or services seek to majority values corrupt
When businesses add to their mission statement to go WOKE
Good chance especially if targeting children they will go broke
Pitching a transgender transformation to kids
Watch how quickly their sales will hit the skids
Even if the target market is adults only drinking beer
Bud Light’s partnering with transgender Dylan Mulvaney drinkers away were steered Sales and market cap of AB continue to drop
Forced to buy back stale unsold beer from distributors hoping it will soon stop
Headlines on the Bud Light boycott in the news everywhere
Kid Rock shooting Bud Light cans with an AR-15 up into the air
Now Target tone deaf to the buyers’ rejection pushing tuck friendly wear
Boycott Target now number one song on social media being shared
Each day the stock closes lower as stores scramble to the kid’s transgender wear hide
Collateral damage as activists conflate gender conforming surgery with celebrating Gay Pride

The debt ceiling deal is taking flak from both Progressives and the Freedom Caucus threatening to torpedo the bill in Committee and McCarthy’s Speakership (once again on the debt ceiling we are at the fiscal cliff looking to fall off because of Presidential MIA and Congressional delay in facing the issue—constituents should send fiddles and togas to Congress as like Rome we face crashing and burning. Elisabeth Holmes once the exalted first female self-made billionaire on her fraud has entered prison to start her 11 year sentence—she is lucky she will not have more time but her two innocent kids will suffer big time with their mother in prison. The Reds are moving to hold Christopher Wray in contempt of Congress for the FBI refusing to release the FD-1023 document that supposedly details a bribery scheme between Joe Biden and a foreign national (unfortunately as the contempt citations against AG Holder showed the DOJ will not take any action but the issue should be tidal of demands by voter to have the document released which if not will sink his reelection and if released and it contains even remotely what is alleged will sink it before it starts). Marines have to qualify each year on the shooting range but evidently not in hand to hand combat as 3 Marines were brutally punch and kicked by a mob of teens after one of them asked them to stop shooting fireworks on the beach near the San Clemente pier.  Bud Light’s sales due to its ill-fated partnership with TG Dylan Mulvaney are dropping faster than Biden’s popularity as the bleeding continues with sales down 29.5% for the week ended May 20 compared to the same period in 2022.  Target with its TG friendly clothing for kids has experienced the dubious distinction of having a song urging its boycott “Boycott Target” by  Rapper  Forgiato Blow  hitting the charts at number I even as the rapper is being shadow banned by pressure from Target over lost sales. AOC is having a bad time first she was subject to angry criticism at her town hall meeting with constituents having to resort to the Harris of laughing and showed her thin skin to criticism of Musk and Twitter lashing out at a clearly identified parody account that will make many people reading it laugh. Celtics were out 3’d in spades and were destroyed on their home court by the Heat 103-84 to play the Nuggets in the finals.

Freedom Caucus Like the Mouse That Roared Is Threatening to Torpedo Debt Deal and McCarthy's Spreakership

Looks like it may be time to put the corks back in the bottles of champagne
From the Freedom Caucus not a word of praise only vociferous complains
Not enough cuts in spending, not enough spending for defense,
In the Senate Lindsay Graham on need for more military is taking great offense
Unless the Freedom Caucus comes to it senses and does not dig in its heels
We stand a great chance of torpedoing this heavily negotiated deal
McCarthy’s Speakership already on a slender reed with slim majority votes
The Freedom Caucus may well as we then default his chair revoke
Unless enough Blues come to his aid and vote to the bill pass
An obituary for the Red Tide in 2022 last gasp
The Squad and the Freedom Caucus are like tails wagging the dogs
Mired in forever minority status in their noncompromising bogs
Freedom is just another word when you run out of money to pay your debts
Freedom Caucus must focus on taking the Senate and W.H. or we must them forget

Reflections on Memorial Day 2023 and Poems on Veterans' Day and a Past Memorial Day

As you celebrate the first day of summer with friends over a backyard barbecue
On the Memorial Day pause to honor the sacrifices our vets went through
Before firing up the grill make a pilgrimage to a veteran's cemetery and plant several flags
If you know any aging veterans call them and wish them well if their spirits sag
If you run a business perchance
Try to hire a vet to their prosperity advance
Or consider a donation to the Fisher House or Homeward Bound to help vets with their bills
Don't be surprised how a conscience rewarding donation will improve your grilling skills

Memorial Day 2023 for General Old Age
On this Memorial Day General Old Age is overflowing with joy
16.3 million men and women in uniform in WWII who were deployed
Of almost all who survived to return, all but 167,284 life still enjoy
The youngest who served at wars end were teen aged girls or boys
And now aging men and women at age 96
With fading memories of the tyrants they licked
General Old Age knowing the last vet in 2036 will most likely expire
Believes he has done his job well and should make plans to retire
His replacement Colonel Old Age
Is ready to against the Korean War Vets the death battle  wage
1.78 million men and women in uniform served in the Korean War
The youngest vets now alive are 88 hoping the Grim Reaper’s not knocking at their door

The Korean War was the Forgotten War or then called a “Police Action”
Too many civilians looking for more goods and services it was only a distraction
240,000 reservists who had served in WWII were called up and to Korea sent
Very soon the army became 1/3 regular army and 2/3 draftees who into the army went
Unlike WWII, there were no lines at the recruiting stations to enlist to the Communists fight
But the suffering for those who served in combat went on day and night
Outnumbered clinging on to Pusan by a slender thread
Until MacArthur landed at Inchon, forcing the North to retreat or be dead
His march to the Yalu while miles and miles away Marines to the Chosin Reservoir advanced
Spirits high, the war would be over, at home by Christmas was the chant
When thousands upon, upon thousands of Chinese who had the Yalu secretly crossed
Attacked, forcing the UN forces to retreat or suffer greater loss
Past Seoul lost again and then taken back for the 2nd time
To a fighting stalemate for over 2 years on the 38th parallel line
To finally end in an armistice on July 17, 1953
No win for the U.S. and for its returning veterans no parades to see
More so than ever these vets
In the “Forgotten War” their sacrifices we must not forget
If we do not praise, honor, support and award them their due
This nation’s days may be numbered as more enemy threats to us grew
And supporting these vets we must know and remember well
There is another group of vets who also went through Hell
With Major Old Age ready to combat against the vets of the Vietnam War
The youngest of whom are 68 and who endured even more severe blood and gore

General Old Age
Veterans’ Day

They answered the call by the millions, regardless of inner doubts or parents' fears,
Whether by draft notice or marching to recruitment, some even lying to be able to volunteer.
This was a war not for gold, honor or to occupy another's land,
No, this was a war to not let the gains of tyranny gel and stand,
Dropping plow, lathe, apron, even books and all manner of tools of trade,
A river of men and women to don khaki and join in the Great Crusade,
Ours was not a warrior nation, in standing armies we stood among the world almost last,
In every prior struggle once done, our armies and navies faded quietly into the peaceful past,
Our navy was our oceans that made Europe and Asia distant and remote,
Deeper and wider and more protected than any fortress moat,
No planes no matter how fast or how high they could soar,
Never, ever could they bring the horsemen of war upon our shore,
Our army was 3000 miles of land any foe would have to cross,
Behind each tree and wall, a citizen armed to cause deadly loss,
Or so it seemed, until that early, peaceful December Sunday morn,
In two hours our fathers' and grandfathers' generation in an instant was reborn,
From the sleep of isolation, a nation island in restful and secure peace,
To now chain the dogs of war others saw fit to unleash,
16 million Americans in the colors soldiered and served,
Over 400,000 never reaped the long life they so richly deserved,
These Crusaders lost a few battles and suffered a few defeats,
From time to time either orderly or in disarray they were forced to retreat
But the best generals the Axis could ever put upon the field,
In the long run each and every one died or had to yield,
The oceans soon became guarded American lakes.
No enemy admiral would ever survive in our seamen's wake,
Our airmen drowned out the sun with deadly, lethal planes,
Our foes fell from the skies like the monsoon rains,
There was not a general or admiral they could not best, their deeds fill many a page,
Save one general with forces all would wish never to have to engage,
Yet the battle has at last been joined and throughout this land it will rage,
This general takes no quarter, there are no prisoners and the war is in its final stage,
The men and Crusaders of summer in the winter of their lives are meeting General Age,
More leave the field of battle daily than the carnage of their blackest days,
We have hindered his march, but soon we will no longer be able to delay.
Armies reducing to Corps and then to Divisions and then to Brigades,
The numbers of the Greatest Generation slowly continue to fade,
Regiments to Battalions, then to Companies and then to Platoons and then to Squads.
While we still have the time, it is they we should honor and laud,
For sadly, soon there will only be empty reunion halls,
Full only of the memories of heroes who answered the call.
And the prayer that this General will soon never, ever have to fight again such a war,
There will be no combat veterans aging and waiting their turn to storm an eternal peaceful shore.

Memorial Day

Most of us have already lost our grandfathers, fathers and uncles and yes a few mothers and aunts,
Who without hesitation picked up the rifle, ferried the planes or riveted within the plants.
Brothers too and friends have left to the sound of a final bugle note,
Each year, too many finally collapse and the living with a grateful flag hail the dark man’s boat
A nation of heroes, who joined the great democracy against the evil tyranny stage,
Who beat them all are now yet so mortal, finally are now ravaged by General Old Age,
Omaha, Utah, Bastogne, Iwo, Okinawa, Anzio, Falaise, St. Lo.
This was the Great Crusade; this was the great and final blow.
Normandy and Omaha are waves of white; the Pacific islands are the same,
Cross upon cross or star, silent to the horror of death or maim.
I see the crosses and the flags and the veterans of Chosin, Inchon, and Pusan,
Not yet ready, but thank God fewer to be carried across to that eternal lawn.
Amidst the music of the sixties and a nation’s soul battered, split and asunder torn,
Another band of brothers without parades only a granite wall, the spirits are slowly worn
Only in the quick war in the sands where blood is kept and not massively shed,
Spares the thankful who did not endure what any sane one would dread,
But who watch the heroes slowly walk slower and slower across the stage,
The victims of the certain victor, the General of old advancing age,
Wonder, when the trumpet calls and the only bond is brotherhood and total fear,
Will another generation crusade into history, bands of brothers without peers.
Or pray for gratitude the world will be finally at last the place,
Where all the youth live to grow old in God’s loving grace.

The Reds and Blues have evidently reached an agreement in principal on increasing the debt ceiling with the expected 150 pages to detail the agreement to be drafted and delivered to Congress 72 hours before the vote with some Blues expressing disappointment but Biden saying the obvious that you need compromise which means you don’t get all you want and had the courage to admit that Speaker McCarthy negotiated in good faith. Red Rep. Rosedale is the first Red to indicate he will vote against the deal as it is the worst case of fiscal irresponsibility. The bill does guarantee that another $4 trillion will be added to the national debt in the next 2 years. One of the details that is in the agreement is the completion of the Mountain Valley Pipeline of 303 miles from West Virginia to Virginia which is 94% complete. The Surgeon General has issued his study that more than 3 hours of kids on social media increases the risk of anxiety, potential suicides and depression. In the Indy 500, Joseph Newgarden was the winner with a time of 2:58:21:9611 with Marcus Ericsson a very close second with a time of 2:58:22:0585 and Santino Ferrucci a close third with a time of 2:58:22:4884. Not sure of what the attraction is of the Indy 500 the noise of which will probably damage hearing unless wearing protecting ear plugs but if it is the excitement of seeing crashes, the spectators with 17 laps to go got their money’s worth as Kyle Kirkwood crashed into Felix Rosenqvist who had crashed into the fence and sliding today the infield sending Kirkwood’s  tire over the fence which fortunate hit no one. In a  Good Sam moment Everado Navarro, seeing a Highway Patrol Officer being attacked by a man who had been ranting at drivers on an on ramp in Santa Ana, jumped out of his car and attacked the attacker before he could obtain control of the officer’s gun and with the help of 2 other Good Sams subdued him—Thank God they attacked rather than using cell phones to video the threat.

The model that has resulted from years of work by Dr. Porsche will undergo testing this year. It will enable millions of new customers with limited incomes to afford a car. May 27, 1933 Ridley's Believe It Or Not

The Reds and Blues have evidently reached an agreement in principal on increasing the debt ceilings, the details of which wherein lies the Devil have not been revealed but most likely will including kicking the can down the road to on massive cuts to spending to get the deficit under control. Two climate activists who smeared a Degas work in the National Gallery turned themselves in and may face jail time for their inane acts (what is the relation of smearing a classic art work to promoting climate change?). The Texas House of Representatives voted 123-31 to impeach the Attorney General of Texas who has been a major thorn in Biden’s attempt to push his agenda. A whistleblower in NYC has exposed the trashing by illegals of their rooms in the Row Hotel which should outrage citizens as NYC seems to be bent on housing illegals as opposed to low income citizens. AOC in a townhall meeting once again revealed her socialist leanings as she demanded an end to the debt ceiling and made the bogus argument that the 14 Amendment bars  a breach of the debt ceiling causing a default of our indebtedness. The sport of kings at Churchill Downs has become more in terms of horse fatalities like the Charge of the Light Brigade as 12 horse have died since April 27. The go woke go broke disease that infected Bud Light with its partnering deal with TG Dylan Mulvaney keeps getting worse as sales tank and to try to move the boycotted beer 24 can cases are now selling for $3.49. Jon Taffer, the host of “Bar Rescue” has stated the restaurant industry has recovered from the recession but facing major problems in staffing and predicted restaurant owners will expand their efforts to hire robots. Be prepared for the great debate that will further divide this nation not only on the issue of who should pay but really important if and how much should be paid. Demands from ultra leftists like Corie who want $14 trillion reminds us of the fable of the golden goose who was killed for the golden eggs but on death delivered only 1. 23 states have joined Florida’s suit to block the Biden Administration from releasing to the interior illegals without a court date to hear their mostly bogus asylum claims. In a thriller 6th game, with the score 102-100, Jimmy Butler was fouled shooting on the 3 point line and made all 3 to bring the score to 102-103 with 3 seconds left. After a time Boston inbounded the ball to Smart who shot a 3 which missed but tapped in by White with the ball leaving his hands with .1 seconds left for Boston to win Game 6 and send Game 7 back to Boston on Monday with the winner moving on to play the Denver Nuggets who crushed the Lakers in 4  games.

Yellen Tells Us Not June 1 But June 5 Is the Drop Dead Date When Will Compromise Rule And My Way or the Highway Abate?

Just when it is beginning to look that by the deadline a compromise the Blues and Reds will not achieve
Instead of a default on June 1, Yellen has juggled the books it seems and has given us a 4 day reprieve
June 5 is now the drop dead date where the federal treasury runs dry
Sadly it seems despite a looming disaster the need for compromise both sides defy
Until then the seniors are jumping for joy
Billions of Social Security and Medicare checks will be sent out for the recipients to enjoy
Sadly on this crisis, Biden true to form is leading from behind
Members of the House are leaving town so back on Tuesday for the negotiations to rewind
Washington under Biden seems to be back in Rome in a time machine
Instead of free bread and gladiators bills of pork fill the scenes
And Nero Biden oblivious fiddles over his choice of ice cream
While Americans facing the disaster of a default are shouting outraged screams
Unlike businesses and households who plan ahead if they need to cut back if they can’t pay future bills
Washington waits till the last moment to a short band aid fix, kicking the can down the road because our leaders lack needed political will

With Only 5 out of 33 Seniors Eligible For Graduation Marlin High Scholl In Texas Is a Poster Child For Failure In Public Education

The news our of Marlin, Texas is symbolic of the failing of public education
When only 5 out 33 seniors in Marlin High School had the grades and credits for graduation
It is time that parents and the public rise up in forceful condemnation
Randi Weingarten and her ilk seem hell bent on from learning to deviation
The curriculum in too many schools is dumbed down to the point that a high school degree
Confers little or no career prospects or learning and coping skills for problems they will see
Too much time devote to the Woke agenda that his infected our land
If we are to prosper must be dismissed out of hand
Kids need to be challenged in their school
Eager to adapt and learn needed skill tools
If the courses are dumbed down to the lowest common denominator
Their boredom will quickly and surely cause their interest to crater
Don’t know the demographics of the Marlin High School
But if it has to many illegal aliens nearly English illiterate it may not have the right tools
Education and a stable family with children born into wedlock
Is the proven way to poverty and criminal activity have a chance to block

L.A. County Superior Court Judge Lawrence Riff has issued a TRO banning L.A. County from requiring cash bail for misdemeanors and nonviolent felonies and those out cashless bail who commit offenses which means anyone who embezzles or defrauds victims of millions or smuggling illegal aliens across our border may have a get out of California or country flee card (the judge should have seen a study from the Yolo County D.A. that showed those who had been charged with either felonies of misdemeanors were roughly twice as likely to commit a crime before trial than those who posted bail. The NAACP has issued a travel advisory warning blacks not to come to Florida because of claimed racist policies of Governor De Santis. The L.A.  Dodgers have been caught in the Woke We Do Woke We don’t first inviting the anti-Catholic drag queen group Sisters of Indulgence, then after backlash disinviting them then after backlash from the LBGTQ community reinviting them only to then receive notice from Catholic Vote, one of the nation’s largest Catholic advocacy groups that it would be launching a $1 million ad campaign to urge the faithful to boycott Dodger games. Steven Forbes has made a bold prediction that Biden will not be the Blue nominee because of the “stench of a faltering economy” (if 1968 repeats itself Biden is LBJ,  Robert Kennedy, Jr. is today’s Gene McCarthy and Blues waiting in the wings are Robert Kennedy hopefully not aping the assassination). In the Go Woke Go Broke saga, Anheuser Busch and Target have lost a combine $28 billion in market value as a result of their transgender marketing decisions.  The nation is running out of time on the debt ceiling and one issue that should be a nonstarter to opposed by Blues is the Red goal to require welfare recipients who are able bodied and without young children at home to find work as the number of job vacancies exceed the number of job seekers by a large margin. As the debt ceiling crisis drags on and seniors were seeing their blood pressure rise amidst warnings from Yellen that the U.S. would run out of money on June 1 that would delay billions of dollars in Social Security checks, Yellen has lowered the blood pressure by affirming that the date we run out of Money is June 5.

Schumer has broadened the definition of MAGA supporters to included anyone including liberal Justices on SOTUS who vote against the Biden Administration as he ruled against the EPA trying to classify a ditch in Idaho that occasionally water would run into Priest Lake, a navigable body of water as navigable waters 9-0. The negotiations on increase the debt ceiling continue but still the parties still have issues that separate them. The AG of Texas Ken Paxson who has been a thorn with his lawsuits against a good number of Biden policies is in hot water for alleged misusing public information law, using his office to help a donor, terminating employees who reported his "unlawful" conduct, bribery, and misleading public officials, and a House Committee investigating his actions has recommended his impeachment. In another example of “Going Woke Means Going Broke” Target is being slammed by customers and the market for its aggressive promotion of transgender friendly clothing many of which are from transgender activist Erick Carnell whose rhetoric against people who question transgenders is pretty over the top. CNN which cannot be characterized as a pro Republican has come out with a poll showing 64% of those surveyed thought his election in 2024 would be a disaster (watch Robert Kennedy, Jr. like Eugene McCarthy in 1968 rise in the polls to the extent Blues like Newsom will jump in. As the default clock keeps ticking on resolving the debt ceiling crisis and the Blues seem digging their heels not wanting to reduce spending and not wanting to have any meaningful reductions in future expenditures and worse they are floating the idea that he 14th Amendment ratified after the Civil War gives them the right to increase debt despite any limits imposed by the debt limit statute which argument will have a New York Second’s life expectancy before SCOTUS. The House is going into recess, subject to 24 hour recall which belies the sense of urgency we need to have. On June 2, $25 billion of social security checks are scheduled to go out and if the Treasury Department does not have the funds to cover the checks millions of seniors will be outraged by the delay. Ron DeSantis has announced his candidacy in a Twitter Livestream which was beset with technical delays and problems which resulted in only 250,000 watching it which may have set both De Santis’ campaign back and set back Musk’s possible role as a Red kingmaker. The head of the private military group fighting for Russia in Ukraine has blasted Putin for his handling of the war and the ability of his generals involved. Ukraine has denied that drones that attacked the Russian region of Belgorod, wounding 9 people were launched by it (Biden is terrified that weapons given to Ukraine would be used to target launching sites in Russia that could prompt a tactical nuclear response). Several Oath Keepers will be before a federal judge for hearings on sentencings with prosecutors seeking 10 to 25 years. The Human Rights Campaign in partnership with Equality Florida, a state LGBTQ advocacy group, issued an updated travel notice outlining the potential impacts of six bills that were recently passed under the hand of Republican Gov. Ron DeSantis. The Celtics down 3-1 are playing the Heat today in Boston for Game 5 on Thursday at 5:30 P.M. PDT  viewed on TNT.

As the default clock keeps ticking on resolving the debt ceiling crisis and the Blues seem digging their heels not wanting to reduce spending and not wanting to have any meaningful reductions in future expenditures. The task is further complicated by demand of the less moderates in each parties with the Blues demanding higher taxes on the wealthy and the freedom caucus wanting to secure the border and cancel the 86,000 increase in the number of IRS agents the misnamed Inflation Reduction Act provided. The chairman of the IRS has denied any retaliation by the IRS on the whistleblower exposing Hunter Biden and stated that the whistleblower’s reassignment was done at the request of the DOJ. Reds must be fuming as the FBI has refused to respond to a subpoena of the House demanding production of FBI documents relating to a whistleblower’s claims on Hunter Biden’s and potentially Joe Biden’s  criminal activity. Not germane to the corruption allegations but the mother of his daughter, confirmed by paternity tests is moving to have him jailed for refusing to respond to discovery requirements in order to determine his income.  Shellyne Rodriguez, a Hunter College adjunct assistant professor of art who was caught on camera in a profanity laced rants at students at a prolife table and then shoving a large amount of their material to the ground has been fired after waving a machete and threatening to chop him up at a New York Post reporter who went to her apartment to see if he could interview her over the prolife table incident. The House passed a bill with 4 Blues joining 2017 Reds to nullify Biden’s attempt to ban fossil fuel trucks needed to deliver products. Mega Red donor who previously supported Trump is now backing De Santis for two reasons-first Trump would be a lame duck the day he took office and secondly he would not win the general election (with Trump’s ego the chances of him listening to such advice is slim, none and nonexistent). The Celtics down 3-0 playing the Heat today finally found their ability to hit threes and beat the           Heat 116-99 and making 40% of their threes to 25% by the Heat. After ignoring for months the crisis of our national debt ceiling leading to a default in our obligations, Biden has cancelled his planned trip to Australia after the G-7 meeting and has met with McCarthy to see if a compromise can be reached by agreeing to some form of reduced spending coupled with some higher taxes to be paid by the super wealthy. Each day we get closer running out of money this Biden game of chicken will start having more and more adverse effects on the markets and on interest rates. The Lakers were eliminated tonight losing by 2 points as Lebron James took an inbound pass with 4 seconds 8 feet or so from the Nuggets basket but could not score as the clock ran out. In the NFL title game, the 49’ers’ fate was doomed when the QB Purdy tore his UCL in the first quarter and left the game with his replacement 37 year old Johnson who had bounced around for 14 different teams came in and was totally ineffective being carted off the field to bring back Purdy who could only hand off or throw very short passes causing the NFL to amend its rules to allow teams to carry a third quarter back to come in if the QB’s have been injured. Senator Tim Scott of South Carolina  has officially launched his campaign and immediately attacked by the leftist Whoopi Goldberg as being infected with the Clarence Thomas syndrome and by Sunny (“Stormy”) Hostin for the false myth if he can make it any lack can make it (probably right if she is talking about students in Blue run cities confined to neighborhood schools instead of charter schools).
