April 29, 2021 Ridley's Believe It Or Not Viral Video Day

Ridley’s Believe It Or Not April 29, 2021
CV World Cases: The CV pandemic across the planet continues the new year with cases now over 151 million at 151,081,350 cases (149,151,519 yesterday), 19,490,470 of which are active, 131,590,880 closed with 128,413,188 recoveries (97.59% and 97.58% yesterday ,and 3,177,692 deaths (2.41% and 2.42% yesterday) to continue the slow trend of increased cases with increased recovery percentages and decreased death percentage with some plateaus, dips, and rises (have no idea why the comparatively large improvement in deaths and recoveries yesterday).
CV USA Cases: Total cases now over 33 million at 33,038,439 (32,908,772 yesterday) with 6,811,258 active cases of which 9,776 (9,852 yesterday and 8,599 on 3/25/2021) (now still at .14% of active cases and now trending down on decreasing the number of serious or critical cases  to once again increase the reduction from the  29,271 peak on 12/31/2020 to 19,495),  26,227,181 closed, with 589,152 deaths (2.25% and 2.25% yesterday) and with 25,638,029 recoveries (97.75% and 97.75% yesterday). Our death rate percentage continues to slowly improve and after many months is now .16% lower than the world rate after the world’s spike in improvement and now .10% higher than Canada which has the socialized type of medicine Biden may well want to implement here but has approved 4 vaccines as opposed to our 3, one of which J&J is now no longer on hold.
Standing: On a deaths per million population measurement on a steady climb to 1771 the U.S. ranks behind Hungary the new number 1 which has had a huge surge in deaths (2838), aping Hungary in terms of increase in deaths Bulgaria (2370), Belgium (2075), Italy (1996), Brazil (1876) which has been hit with a rapid rise in deaths and cases and passed us and the UK, UK (1870) which had passed us despite leading world in testing),  Peru (1821), and Poland (1774  and slightly better than , Portugal (1669), Spain (1669),  Mexico (1660),  France (1594),  Sweden (1379) that never closed its economy down like we did but has recently been experiencing a steady rise in  deaths, Argentina (1395), Chile (1363), Switzerland (1220) and Bolivia (1095).
Tests: We have now conducted 445,478,311 tests (now at 1,339,378/M) compared to number 2 now France at 1,156,167/M) as we are conducting more tests in number and on a per capital basis for all nations (other than those nations that contain small populations like Bahrain, Denmark, Israel, Malta, Singapore and UAE) other than the U.K. which remains as king of the mountain with respect to tests at 2,274,470/M.
CV Open Gate: Lost in the pronouncements by Biden and his lackeys that there is no crisis of illegals surging across the border is that fact that COVID-19 is alive and well and spreading in the Northern Triangle and Mexico which is 12th on my list of deaths from the pandemic at 1660/M and the 3 countries in the Northern Triangle in terms of active cases and deaths per million are as follows even though the data may be suspect as underreported:

                   Guatemala:  Activecases:     17,126     Deaths/M412
                   Honduras:     Activecases:   126,127     Deaths/M521
                   El Salvador:   Active cases:      2,202    Deaths/M 325

US Vaccinations: As of 4/27/2021 237.4 million doses have been given, 2.63 million per day in the last week (sounds impressive but if the rate does not increase it will take us now reduced to some 3 months to have 75% of the population vaccinated which many believe is necessary to develop herd immunity. In California 29,957,450 total doses have been given (77.7% of doses received to equal the U.S. average of 77.7%), but even with the pressure of a recall to be scheduled this fall which hopefully end Newsom’s term, California has risen slightly from 28th tied with South Dakota to 27th out of the 50 states in terms of the percentage of doses administered as a percentage of doses delivered to the states and at 29.9% of its population fully vaccinated compared to the U.S. average of 30% has risen slightly from 32nd to 29th tied with Illinois.  A long way to go to get herd immunity and lagging in terms of getting vaccines received into arms and percentage of population vaccinated compared to other states means a great reason to recall this inept and hypocritical governor.
Non CV News: The sycophants of the MSM were falling over themselves in praise of Biden’s SOTUS almost comparing him top the second coming of Christ as after opening with a bunch of platitudes of unity and coming together laid out his spending and taxing government expansion in want to ram through the Congress while falsely claiming that most of it will be paid for by the rich and the corporations who either have paid no tax or little tax and raising the rate of capital gains of the wealthy (a nonpartisan Wharton study claims capital gains revenue would fall by some $900 billion and though not stated lawyers’ and CPAs’ income would rise significantly); Senator Scott delivered a damaging response to Biden’s grandiose plans which caused the left to go berserk and level true racist charges against the Senator they tweet was “Uncle Tim” (can one imagine the level of scorn and abuse that would be launched if because of his government expansion plans Biden was labeled “Uncle Joe” as in Joseph Stalin; a fully vaccinated Biden at an outdoor rally in Georgia was hit with a senior moment frantically looking for his mask which after 30 seconds he found in his pocket; after leveling all manner of charges of systematic racism, Biden has just come to admit that most Americans are not racists but African Americans are so far the eight ball in terms of education, health and opportunity they need help (look to the DNC’s auxiliary the urban teachers unions to see why education for blacks is failing in public schools but not usually charter schools free of their crushing grip).
Montana has gained a second seat in Congress and Ryan Zinke, former Red House member, Interior Department Secretary and Navy Seal will be running to win it; Brazil which has been having a surge of CV cases and just moved past the UK in terms of deaths per million has just banned Russia’s Sputnik V COVID-19 because it carried a live cold virus; one hopes that this statement from Biden solidifies the perception that mentally he has lost it as he has proclaimed Stacey Abrams could be president if she wants it (God help us if she gets anywhere near the Oval Office; Mexico which stands at 12th in the Alaskanpoet’s Ridley's Believe It Or Not index of COVID-19 deaths per million at 1660/M will now be the recipient of Pfizer’s exporting of its vaccine; the Conservative censor is seeing fewer users and Twitter’s stock price is sinking (after the “Uncle Tim” #, Reds and conservative Indies should say to Twitter enough and bail until their practice of censoring and shadow banning conservative speech is ended; while the Clintons and the Bidens are the beneficiaries of FBI no investigations, Rudy Giuliani has his house raided and the FBI puts not a finger on the Hunter Biden smoking gun laptop, leave it to the political cartoonist to expose the two systems of justice from an FBI we used to hold in great esteem until politicized by the Obama Administration:

Chicago Gun Violence: HeyJackass.com is back to show that through April 28, 2021, gun violence involving mostly persons of color shooting mostly persons of color in Chicago is alive and well with 1027 persons shot of whom 186 have died.

"Uncle Tim" Attacked by the Left as the Really True Racists Attack Him Because He Shred's "Uncle Joe's" SOTUS Policies tt

After Biden deviated from his unity platitude bait and went to the systematic racism switch
Tossing any idea of partisan compromise on his massive spending increases into the ditch
Senator Tim Scott savaged on Twitter by the left for hours as “Uncle Tim”
The left stripped of platitudes showed us where true racism begins
The Blue Voter Plantation Owners like those in the South during the Civil War have a similar fear
Then it would be that the slaves rebelling in arms and now it is that blacks with independent thoughts will appear
No longer willing to accept failed Blue policies in urban areas from cradle to grave
No longer amidst failed schools, lack of jobs, drugs, black on black shootings willing to pull the Blue lever as voting slaves
Blacks like Senator Scott are awakening to realize Biden’s open borders will wipe out their Trump income gains
A flood of illegal low skilled aliens competing for jobs will flush wage growth quickly down the drain
Blacks living in the urban slums or public housing should no longer the life style of their “concerned leaders” ignore.
Patrice Cullors and Maxine Waters living in mansions totally safe while they even in a MacDonald’s  drive-thru are exposed to blood and gore
Not by cops which are claimed by Biden to be part of a systematic racist system
While left pushes to “Defund the Police” and to their pleas for safety no Blue listens
Thank God for Reds like Tim Scott whose policies are a breath of fresh air
He spoke the truth After Biden deviated from his unity platitude bait and went to the systematic racism switch
Then it would be the slaves rebelling in arms and now it is that blacks with independent thoughts will appear
No longer willing to accept failed Blue policies in urban areas from cradle to grave
No longer amidst failed schools, lack of jobs, drugs, black on black shootings willing to pull the Blue lever as voting slaves

Patrice Cullors and Maxine Waters living in mansions totally safe while they even in a MacDonald’s  drive-thru are exposed to blood and gore
Not by cops which are claimed by Biden to be part of a systematic racist system
But by black on black shootings and in drug turf wars
While not enough cops and Blue mayors choose to ignore
While left pushes to “Defund the Police” and to their pleas for safety no Blue listens
Blue voter plantation owners appear at elections to harvest votes and then leave
While their voting slave are in total fear at the numerous funerals it will not be safe even to grieve
Thank God for Reds like Tim Scott whose policies are a breath of fresh air
He spoke the truth which the left to hear they could not bear

Sadly Chris Ward One of the Deputies Noted in Earlier Blog Has Died RIP

Earlier I blogged about the danger of police work cops never knowing what to expects
Two deputies in Watauga County went to a house due to employer worried for a wellness check
Both were surprised by a gunman and shot with one able to be airlifted away
With such a quick response with little known facts I thought he would live to see many a day
Sadly not to be the case and 56 year old veteran deputy Chris Ward at the hospital died
The other seems like he is still in the house with his escape by the shooter denied
Not a mention by Biden in his ending systematic racism SOTUS rant
Prays and condolences for the survivors the left feels our officials should not grant
And from the BLM protesting in Elizabeth City in the same state
Most are probably like frying bacon, pleased this deputy met a deadly fate
Checking in to see someone who might be in need was okay
Not a clue behind the door a gunman waiting to slay
For the deputy wounded and still inside for his safety I pray
And for Ward my eyes are misting and shedding tears
We are losing too many officers and without them we should all fear
If BLM had any sanity to try to diminish black shooting deaths
They would stop their anti-cop rhetoric and take a deep breath
And focus on urban area black on black shootings and killings rising off the charts
Find out what we as a nation must do to the decrease in such killings finally start
Please rest in well-deserved peace Chris Ward
I understand your donated organs will be to some a life extending reward

More Unity Bait and Switch in Biden's SOTUS With Systematic Racism and White Supremacy Cards

As sure as the Sun rises in the West, MSM was heaping on Biden SOTUS a steady stream of praise
A beacon of hope to after the CV pandemic and 4 years of Trump to the spirits of Americans raise
From Brian Williams we had to listen that Biden’s SOTHUS before Congress lacked the pomp it deserved
To before an almost empty mask wearing fully vaccinated Congress the myth of CV spreading preserve
When it came to swooning over the speech look no further for worst offender than Lester Holt
Claimed spending proposals were popular but ignoring they exceeded profits of the corporations that paid no taxes by billions proved to be a dolt
This poet thought even though platitudes of unity and come together and Americans never stay down
Was hopeful until toward the end the bait and switch to show the true nature of this clown
Most cops are decent people doing their job
but systematic racism their professionalism rob
Then to the cry that the existential threat we face
Is white supremacy running amok in every place
Not a word about the police who in record numbers in the line of duty have died
Not a word about the rising trend of color on color on color shootings that cannot be denied
A call for paid preschool and college and not a peep on indoctrination not learning in class
Only, if we do not spend more money to have students at their desks longer the world will us pass
With the left’s almost total control of the narrative with the MSM and censorship lackeys at social media tech
They must believe that the rise in illegals and  progressive spending will not be checked
American people are smarter than that and they will learn that unchecked spending is a curse
And will shift across the aisle very quickly as our prosperity and standing go into reverse

Harris Who Has Been MIA in Her Border Job Rewarded or Cursed with New Job to Get Jobs Plan Through Congress

Where’s Waldo who will not go near the border with a ten foot pole
Chance of failure to great to tarnish her 25th Amendment goal
Tonight she got a promotion to handle a new task
Not to see if Biden’s New Job Plan will work as that would be a normal question to ask
No getting it through Congress will be her new designated job
Not stated but hopefully without needing her vote to mantle of bipartisanship rob
On the border issue not a peep, not a press conference to her plans share
Sadly when it comes to understanding creation of jobs her experience cupboard is bare
Working with Congress to in a bipartisan fashion to on an agenda avoid gridlock
Is Biden’s job if his mental acuities were seemingly blocked
If I were taking bets as a Las Vegas bookie
Doubt we will see success from this partisan rookie
For those of us who feel that women can hold the two top executive offices in the land just as well as men
For future elections we hope the issue of failure on her two jobs is if but not when
On the border accept the fact that remittances from illegals back to home are in great need
And in the Triangle compared to foreign aid and domestic social programs easily exceed.
The only way to stop illegal immigration is to complete the wall and build two more
One around businesses with e-verify demands and fines and jail they will not ignore
The other around the banks and Western Unions to tax  or prevent on remittances to illegals’ home countries being sent.

April 28, 2021 Ridley's Believe It Or Not Read Good Poetry Day

Ridley’s Believe It Or Not April 28, 2021
CV World Cases: The CV pandemic across the planet continues in the face of vaccines with cases now over 149 million at 149,151,519 cases (147,151,519 yesterday), 19,221,595 of which are active, 129,929,924 closed with 126,787,013 recoveries (97.58% and 97.57% yesterday ,and 3,142,911 deaths (2.42% and 2.43% yesterday) to continue the slow trend of increased cases with increased recovery percentages and decreased death percentage with some plateaus, dips, and rises (have no idea why the comparatively large improvement in deaths and recoveries yesterday).
CV USA Cases: Total cases now over 32 million at 32,908,772 (32,826,166 yesterday) with 6,841,923 active cases of which 9,852 (9,899 yesterday and 8,599 on 3/25/2021) (now still at .14% of active cases and now slight blip down on decreasing  the number of serious or critical cases  to once again increase the reduction from the  29,271 peak on 12/31/2020 to 19,419),  26,094,249 closed, with 587,123 deaths (2.25% and 2.26% yesterday) and with 25,507,126 recoveries (97.75% and 97.74% yesterday). Our death rate percentage continues to slowly improve and after many months is still .17% lower than the world rate after the world’s spike in improvement and now .08% higher than Canada which has the socialized type of medicine Biden may well want to implement here but has approved 4 vaccines as opposed to our 3, one of which J&J is now no longer on hold.
Standing: On a deaths per million population measurement on a steady climb to 1765 the U.S. ranks behind Hungary the new number 1 which has had a huge surge in deaths (2799), aping Hungary in terms of increase in deaths Bulgaria (2303), Belgium (2066), Italy (1986),  UK (1869) which had passed us despite leading world in testing),  Brazil (1834) which has been hit with a rapid rise in deaths and cases and passed us, and  Peru (1800),  and slightly better than Poland (1743), Portugal (1668), Spain (1665),  Mexico (1654),  France (1584),  Sweden (1372) that never closed its economy down like we did but has recently been experiencing a steady rise in  deaths, Argentina (1364), Chile (1343), Switzerland (1217) and Bolivia (1090).
Tests: We have now conducted 441,710,376 tests (now at 1,328,092/M) compared to number 2 now France at 1,148,806/M) as we are conducting more tests in number and on a per capital basis for all nations (other than those nations that contain small populations like Bahrain, Denmark, Israel, Malta, Singapore and UAE) other than the U.K. which remains as king of the mountain with respect to tests at 2,223,862/M.
CV Open Gate: Lost in the pronouncements by Biden and his lackeys that there is no crisis of illegals surging across the border is that fact that COVID-19 is alive and well and spreading in the Northern Triangle and Mexico which is 12th on my list of deaths from the pandemic at 1654/M and the 3 countries in the Northern Triangle in terms of active cases and deaths per million are as follows even though the data may be suspect as underreported:

                   Guatemala:  Activecases:     16,567     Deaths/M510
                   Honduras:     Activecases:   124,313     Deaths/M518
                   El Salvador:   Active cases:      2,144    Deaths/M 324

US Vaccinations: As of 4/27/2021 232.4 million doses have been given, 2.72 million per day in the last week (sounds impressive but if the rate does not increase it will take us now reduced to some 3 months to have 75% of the population vaccinated which many believe is necessary to develop herd immunity. In California 29,372,925 total doses have been given (78.1% of doses received to equal the U.S. average of 78.1%), but even with the pressure of a recall to be scheduled this fall which hopefully end Newsom’s term, California has dropped from 24th to 28th tied with South Dakota out of the 50 states in terms of the percentage of doses administered as a percentage of doses delivered to the states and at 29.0% of its population fully vaccinated compared to the U.S. average of 29.1% has fallen from 31st to 32nd.  A long way to go to get herd immunity and lagging in terms of getting vaccines received into arms and percentage of population vaccinated compared to other states means a great reason to recall this inept and hypocritical governor.
Non CV News: Rudy Giuliani’s home was raided by the FBI evidently looking for evidence that he violated the law by acting as a lobbyist for Ukraine without registering (lawyers are not supposed to be above the law, but search raises questions on whether this is politically motivated by Rudy’s legal work for Trump); Biden addresses the nation in his SOTHUS which should unveil massive spending and taxing plans in a transformational attempt to move America to a more socialist nation with a less secure border and more illegals becoming citizens in the Blues’ belief they will vote Blue and the blacks who are most likely to be decimated by more low skilled low paid illegals are too seduced by Blues to know what will happen to their prosperity; Chicago police released videos of the police shooting of Anthony Alavarez who was running away but refused to drop his gun until shot (Mayor Lightfoot and the Alavarez Family to their credit are calling for peace in a city in which color on color shootings are rising off the charts dwarfing any shootings by police); Lori Laughlin and Mossimo Giannulli have joined the exodus of high income tax payers to leave the state for Idaho;  even as the economy is heating up and may do so even more with the massive spending and inflationary pressures it will bring, the Fed will be targeting fed funds at between ) and .25%;  Patrisse Cullors, the now expensive home mogul of the BLM has been caught with former tweets praising cop killer Assata Shakur who escaped from prison and is a most wanted FBI fugitive enjoying her freedom in Cuba.
Oregon, run by Blue Governor Brown, ranks neck and neck with California in terms of its weak vaccination program and will now have to endure the Brown Two-Step of closing again restaurants for indoor dining even for those fully vaccinated (29.1% of the population) as she considers making mask wearing permanent and appears to be immune to the plight of those restaurants that will join the ranks of the 1200 already closed; the reptilian brain is alive and well in the Blues’ NYC Mayoral Primary as Scott Stringer, who is running third in polls and is the current NYC Comptroller is facing sexual harassment and groping charges brought by Jean Kim who had worked for him as an unpaid intern as is now a lobbyist (shades of the likes of Andrew Weiner); James McBride, a member of the Board of Directors of the  LAPD Union, is calling for an investigation of LeBron’s tweet now deleted calling for violence against the doxed Columbus police officer who shot and killed Ma’Khia to prevent her from killing another unarmed female black teenager (the first thing the union should do is to encourage members of the LAPD to stop providing security while off duty for this biased overpaid hypocrite); while Biden is going to be touting his tax the wealthy plan, recall candidate Kevin Faulconer, former Mayor of San Diego, is touting the need to lower the high tax rates in California; Justin Zhau, the cofounder of a $2 billion startup Iterable was fired by its board of directors for his using LSD at work to “improve his focus”.
Backers of a recall effort for L.A. DA Gascon have formally started the process and have started the 160 day clock to obtain 580,000 signatures of registered voters to place a recall on the ballot https://recallgeorgegascon.com/; as LeBron James is being castigated for his tweet doxing and threatening the Columbus police officer who shot and killed Ma’Khia, leave it to the political cartoonist to expose the inanity of his remarks:

Chicago Gun Violence: HeyJackass.com is back to show that through April 27, 2021, gun violence involving mostly persons of color shooting mostly persons of color in Chicago is alive and well with 1022 persons shot of whom 185 have died.
As always, I hope you enjoy today’s holidays and observances, factoids of interest for this day in history, a musical link to “Don’t Leave Me This Way” by Thelma Houston, that the economy is in a surging reflation that hopefully Biden’s policies do not destroy and a quote by Carlos Fuentes on the torture at Abu Ghraib,  secure in the knowledge that if you want to send a gift for any memorable events like Mother’s Day, college graduations, birthdays, weddings, or anniversaries, you know that the Alaskanpoet can provide you with a unique customized poem at a great price tailored to the event and the recipient. Please contact me for details on the pricing.
           1. Read Good Poetry Day—clueless as to whom created this observance but since we are nearing the end of Poetry Month and many people like to save the best for last, perhaps appropriate today it is so celebrated—www.alaskanpoet.blogspot.com has a multitude of great poems in addition to Ridley's Believe It Or Not.
           2.  Workers’ Memorial Day—created in 1989 by the AFL-CIO to honor those workers who have been injured or lost their lives while working with this day chosen as it is the anniversary of both the passage of the Occupational Health and Safety Act 0f 1970 and the creation of the Occupational Health and Safety Administration in 1971.
           3.  1977 Number 1 Song USA—the number 1 song in 1977 was “Don’t Leave Me This Way” by Thelma Houston on a run of 1 week in that position to join 25 other songs reaching number 1 and 17 other acts which achieved their first number 1 song. Here is a recording by Thelma Houston of “Don’t Leave Me This Way”: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yioNn7XS-bw Houston is not related to Whitney Houston and although still performing live today at 74, she was a number 1 hit wonder never again repeated.
           4.  Word of the Day—the word of the day is “reflation” which means an increase in economic activity and spending which describes what is happening to our economy as it is opening up after being in essence shutdown for months due to the CV pandemic and should continue if not killed by Biden’s tax hikes.
           5.  Rolling Stone Doesn’t Roll for 14 Years—celebrating the birth on this day in 1964 of L’Wren Scott, noted model and stylist and best known as the partner of Mick Jagger from 2000 to March 17, 2014 when beset by depression that Jaggar was starting a relationship with ballerina Melanie Hambrick whom he had met in February, 2009 while on tour in Japan, Scott committed suicide, leaving her entire estate that he did not need to him. Like a true Rolling Stone Jaggar expressed grief but cemented his relationship with Hambrick who is the mother of his latest child and is 43 years younger than he is.

Two Police Shot While Making a Wellness Check In North Carolina

Being a cop is becoming a dangerous job
Not because you just have to try to arrest those who kill and rob
But when a person’s life in danger one has to answer all hands of deck
For almost to a man or woman in blue their own personal safety they will reject
In Savannah, Georgia  a car was in a collision and burst into flames
Driver got out but passenger was unconscious with fires not being tamed
Police charged as opposed to the avoid danger of explosion slow walk
Managed to pull the unconscious passenger out when passenger door was blocked

In Elizabeth City on edge by the drumbeat of the BLM call that Brown, Jr. was executed
And blocked video release which should show that claim easy to be refuted
In the same state where police were called to make a wellness call
Employee’s family not answering their phone and employee from work AWOL
No guns drawn, they were there to see if someone was in deadly straits
Entered to check and being shot and wounded was their unexpected fate
One airlifted to a hospital and the other still inside fate unknown
Making a wellness check to help still can put police in a harm’s way zone
It seems it is becoming a rarity to not see police daily coming under attack
While more often than not they with good reason feel politicians do not have their backs
We can only hope the standoff in North Carolina will come to a peaceful end
An to the morgue a cop’s body and the shooter’s we will not have to send.

Judge Delays Release of Dash Cam and Body Cam Videos for 30 Days That Should Sink BLM Brown Execution Claim

The shooting by police of Andrew Brown, Jr. was a tragedy that would have been so easy to prevent
As the BLM narrative that being shot while fleeing was an execution continues to be sent
Andrew Brown was not a saint but a drug dealer with a rap sheet 180 pages long
Not just weed but drugs that cause overdoses and usage is wrong
Distributing crack’ cocaine, cocaine, heroin/fentanyl and meth
Safe bet that over the years a good number of his users met an untimely death
Crump his wallet filled with his settlement for Floyd’s suit for wrongful death
Without hesitation  without a pause for a breath
Attacked police for release of warrant info to Brown’s character assassinate
To distract attention from the claim that execution by the police was his fate
Ignores the D.A.’s claim Brown hit an officer backing up and aiming at other moving forward as he then fled
Had he not he would be in jail awaiting arraignment trying to post bail instead
What would BLM have wanted the cops to do—let him flee and follow in a high speed chase
Exposing them and other drivers and pedestrians to unwanted dangers to face
Or let him go free and try an arrest another time
Or maybe in their eye ignore the OD’s and dismiss the crimes
Brown died not because of color his or the cops
But because he fled in a car and would not stop
Judge delay release of dash videos and body cams for 30 days
Given BLM’s obsession to find guilt doubt if until then protests and maybe riots will not be delayed

Why Vaccinate When Joy Reid Boasts of Being Vaccinated and Wearing Double Mask While Jogging Wrong Message! Joy

When it comes to politics from the mouth of Joy Reid
Her leftist bias means anything she says we should not heed
Her idiocy looks like at comments on politics it does not stop
She is expending into CV prevention and should be mocked
She boasts that she wears masks while jogging outside
Not one but two for the nonexistent virus particles trying to hitch a ride
Maybe at her obese weight she keeps her pace very slow
Maybe she fears that with a mask it will hinder oxygen flow
Like the high school athlete in an 800 meter race
Forced to wear a mask he collapsed near the finish onto his face
Her idiocy on mask wearing gets worse
She’s fully vaccinated by Pfizer to be protected from COVID-19 curse
Boasting she wears two masks sends a message why even vaccinate?
Exactly message we don’t need if we want herd immunity to stop CV to penetrate
Maybe she’s a closet germaphobe like Howard Hughes
Clearly her objectivity has been eroded as a pseudo journalist hack for Blues
Would not want to wish this fate on anyone
But if she keeps wearing double masks on her runs
Less oxygen to raise the risk more of her brain cells will become toast
Rendered even more incoherent so soon to be off the air sparing us from her biased boasts

April 27, 2021 Ridley's Believe It Or Not International Design Day

Ridley’s Believe It Or Not April 27, 2021
CV World Cases: The CV pandemic across the planet continues the new year with cases now over 149 million at 149,151,519 cases (147,994,795 yesterday), 19,221,595 of which are active, 129,929,924 closed with 126,787,013 recoveries (97.58% and 97.57% yesterday ,and 3,142,911 deaths (2.42% and 2.43% yesterday) to continue the slow trend of increased cases with increased recovery percentages and decreased death percentage with some plateaus, dips, and rises (have no idea why the comparatively large improvement in deaths and recoveries yesterday).

Non CV News: In a rare moment Biden after speaking on vaccinations and mask guidelines actually answered a few questions from reporters shouting them, only to quickly and abruptly stop and walk off stage, saying “he would get in trouble if he answered”(the trouble Biden knows is that impromptu questions not previously reviewed will likely display his fading mental powers to the nation); Biden after probably the longest time after an inauguration will deliver his SOTUS before a Joint Session Congress probably knowing the MSM will true to form give him great accolades( easy prediction as  WAPO has announced that it is terminating its fact checking database on Biden for the remainder of his term in stark contrast to Trump where “factchecking was an all hands of deck 24/7 endeavor); SOTUS will be held when Congress is not in session and unlike the Rush to Judgment 2nd Impeachment Trial, it will not be SRO with only 200 allowed to be present (is it the threat of CV or the desire to minimize the number of potential witnesses to his fading mental faculties?).
People have been fleeing high tax Blue State New York for years and as a result the state will lose 1 Representative so Cuomo beset by his nursing home scandal, his sex scandals, and his lockdown excesses is doing what cornered politicians do to distract attention—threaten to sue the federal government for miscounting and scaring illegals away from being counted; when it rains it pours as the Louisville Police Department now targeted by the DOJ for its supposed racially skewed police practices is facing an employment crisis as more and more of its police department is resigning or retiring and it cannot find replacements and is now 161 officers short while murders in the city so far this year are up 73 %; Google’s quarterly profit soared to $18 billion continuing to raise concerns that it has become too large and monopolistic and too much of a censor of non-leftist ideas; USA Today is being slammed for allowing super leftist Stacey Abrams of being able to edit an op ed she wrote in March on boycotting Georgia due to its new election laws (nothing like a little criticism of your views Stacey to alter your views retroactively), Where’s Waldo met with the president of Guatemala virally but still has not seen fit to visit the border, blaming the CV pandemic while she visits states to push the Biden Agenda (if it is so dangerous what about the safety of those Americans living there due to Biden’s policies and the ruptured open border?).
Backers of a recall effort for L.A. DA Gascon have formally started the process and have started the 160 day clock to obtain 580,000 signatures of registered voters to place a recall on the ballot https://recallgeorgegascon.com/; as the Blues continue to push the idea of restarting the Iran Nuclear Deal, leave it to the political cartoonist to expose where Kerry’s allegiances and loyalties may lie as he is accused of leaking Israeli military secrets to Iran:

Chicago Gun Violence: HeyJackass.com is back to show that through April 26, 2021,  gun violence involving mostly persons of color shooting mostly persons of color in Chicago is alive and well with 1011 persons shot of whom 183 have died.

         4.  Word of the Day—the word of the day is “refel” which means to refute or disprove which our once independent press has become MIA their analysis of Biden’s claims of the effects of his economic proposals.
        5.  House of Dead Freaks—celebrating the birth on this day in 1956 of Bryan Harvey, singer, guitarist and musician and member of the House of Freaks who too soon in his career was murdered on January 1, 2006 along with his wife and 2 small daughters in a home invasion robbery by Ricky Gray and his nephew Ray Danbridge who then set fire to the house to cover their crimes. Gray and Danbridge were arrested for the 4 murders and 3 others which became to be known as the Richmond Crime Spree. Before closing arguments Danbridge entered a plea of guilty in exchange for life sentence without possibility of parole and Gray was convicted and sentenced to death on October 23, 2006 and after the normal course of appeals and stays Gray received his needle on January 17, 2017 while Danbridge is rotting in a Virginia state prison.

April 26, 2021 Ridley's Believe It Or Not World Intellectual Property Day

Ridley’s Believe It Or Not April 26, 2021
CV World Cases: The CV pandemic across the planet continues the new year with cases now over 147 million at 147,994,795 cases (146,972,105 yesterday), 19,326,364 of which are active, 128,668,431 closed with 125,542,566 recoveries (97.57% and 97.56% yesterday ,and 3,125,865 deaths (2.43% and 2.44% yesterday) to continue the slow trend of increased cases with increased recovery percentages and decreased death percentage with some plateaus, dips, and rises (have no idea why the comparatively large improvement in deaths and recoveries yesterday).
CV USA Cases: Total cases now over 32 million at 32,826,166 (32,780,457 yesterday) with 6,860,129 active cases of which 9,899 (9,769 yesterday and 8,599 on 3/25/2021) (now reduced to .14% of active cases and now slight blip up on a increasing path of the number of serious or critical cases  to once again decrease the reduction from the  29,271 peak on 12/31/2020 to 19,372  25,966,037 closed, with 586,177 deaths (2.26% and 2.26% yesterday) and with 25,379,860 recoveries (97.74% and 97.74% yesterday). Our death rate percentage continues to slowly improve and after many months is still .17% lower than the world rate after the world’s spike in improvement and now .05% higher than Canada which has the socialized type medicine Biden may well want to implement here but has approved 4 vaccines as opposed to our 3, one of which J&J is on hold.

Tests: We have now conducted 439,710,423 tests (now at 1,322,099/M) compared to number 2 now France at 1,139,371/M) as we are conducting more tests in number and on a per capital basis for all nations (other than those nations that contain small populations like Bahrain, Denmark, Israel, Malta, Singapore and UAE) other than the U.K. which remains as king of the mountain with respect to tests at 2,181,648/M.
CV Open Gate: Lost in the pronouncements by Biden and his lackeys that there is no crisis of illegals surging across the border is that fact that COVID-19 is alive and well and spreading in the Northern Triangle and Mexico which is 12th on my list of deaths from the pandemic at 1650/M and the 3 countries in the Northern Triangle in terms of active cases and deaths per million are as follows even though the data may be suspect as underreported:

                   Guatemala:  Activecases:     17,631     Deaths/M407
                   Honduras:     Activecases:   124,087     Deaths/M512
                   El Salvador:   Active cases:      1,957    Deaths/M 323

US Vaccinations: As of 4/25/2021 230.8 million doses have been given, 2.74 million per day in the last week (sounds impressive but if the rate does not increase it will take us now reduced to some 3 months to have 75% of the population vaccinated which many believe is necessary to develop herd immunity. In California 29,151,065 total doses have been given (80.7% of doses received to rise above drop below the U.S. average of 79.49%), but even with the pressure of a certain recall coming endangering Newsom, California has not moved from 24th  out of the 50 states in terms of the percentage of doses administered as a percentage of doses delivered to the states and at 28.8% of its population fully vaccinated compared to the U.S. average of 28.9% has risen to 31st tied with Oregon from sole possession of 32nd .  A long way to go to get herd immunity and lagging in terms of getting vaccines received into arms and percentage of population vaccinated compared to other states means a great reason to recall this inept and hypocritical governor.
Non CV News: It is now official our hypocritical and ineffective governor Gavin Newsom will face a recall as the Secretary of State has validated enough signatures on the recall petition to hold a recall election; the Oscars last night were so typical with several with acceptance speeches that sounded like they were prepared by BLM in terms of racist and police killing blacks rants (watch for the ratings to sink to all-time lows); Columbus had mostly peaceful protests of some 200 people who marched and blocked traffic for some period of time over knife wielding about to thrust it Ma’Khia who was shot by Columbus police officer Reardon to save the life of her intended victim caught on camera for all to see (to BLM no shooting even a shooting to prevent a murder is justified if the victim is black even if a black life is saved); a state of emergency has been declared in Elizabeth City, New Jersey as body cam videos of police shooting Alfred Brown, Jr. fleeing in his car as officers tried to executed a felony drug warrant (the lawyer representing the Brown family and who parlayed a $28 million wrongful death settlement in Floyd’s killing is already on scene to view the footage before it is released to the public); in Virginia a deputy who had given Isiah Brown a ride home an hour earlier responded to a 911 call of a domestic disturbance at his home and ended up shooting him ten times mistaking the cell phone in his hand to a gun (unless the body cam show Brown pointing the cell phone at the deputy, watch for potential riots if deputy is not criminally charged); the federalization of the police the left so urgently desires took another step forward to reality as the AG Merrick Garland on the heels of the announcement of its investigation of the Minneapolis Police Department announced a DOJ investigation of the Louisville Police Department due to the killing of Brianna Taylor during a no knock drug arrest warrant.
Our private jet hog climate czar John Kerry who as a private citizen was accused of undermining U.S. foreign policy toward Iran has been caught in a leaked tape disclosing to Iran some 200 instances of covert Israeli covert operations against Iran which The New York Times chose to bury (instead of “All the News That’s Fit to Print,” this leftist rag should change its masthead to “All the News Damaging to the Left Fit to Conceal”; even with the Census barred from determining the immigration status of residents, Blue run states like California and New York should lose House Seats when the 2000 Census reports come out; Apple Computer which has committed to invest nearly $500 million in the U.S. has announced a new research campus in North Carolina which will involve artificial intelligence and more importantly to the anti-business climate in the once Golden State, 3,000 high paying jobs; looks like Fauci is going to be making another flip flop, but this one driven by common sense and sorely needed that people outdoors do not need to wear  masks as the risk of infection spread is near nil; while some Oscar elitists were falsely claiming police were shooting blacks at the rate of 3 a day, the reality of black on black shootings in Blue run cities that BLM refuses to acknowledge in Chicago this weekend  resulted in 20 shootings 4 of which died with some 95% of these being color on color shootings; on the CV recovery front, Disney World is ramping up hiring as its capacity limits will soon be increased to the joy of workers looking at a minimum wage of $14 an hour; in a far too frequent example of lawmakers believing they are above the law, Michigan Blue State Representative Jewell Jones stopped for a DUI following a collision is shown on a car cam of threatening the 2 officers by calling Governor Witless Whitmer because he control their budget and then resisting arrest (BAT of twice the limit and conviction will put this rising star of the Blues in prison up to 2 years).
Backers of a recall effort for L.A. DA Gascon have formally started the process and have started the 160 day clock to obtain 580,000 signatures of registered voters to place a recall on the ballot https://recallgeorgegascon.com/; as the Blues continue to push the idea of equity by creating funding programs that only people of color are beneficiaries of,  leave it to the political cartoonist to expose the consequences of  programs of equity as opposed to promoting equality:

Chicago Gun Violence: HeyJackass.com is back to show that through April 25, 2021, gun violence involving mostly persons of color shooting mostly persons of color in Chicago is alive and well with 991 persons shot of whom 179 have died.
As always, I hope you enjoy today’s holidays and observances, factoids of interest for this day in history, a musical link to “Philadelphia Freedom” by Elton John, having a fine refection and a quote by Marl Lynas on Chernobyl,  secure in the knowledge that if you want to send a gift for any memorable events like Mother’s Day, college graduations, birthdays, weddings, or anniversaries, you know that the Alaskanpoet can provide you with a unique customized poem at a great price tailored to the event and the recipient.     1. World Intellectual Property Day—created by the World Intellectual Property Organization in 1990 and first celebrated on this day in 2000 to promote the recognition of the importance of intellectual property to our economy and culture and to advocate for stronger protections to prevent its theft by some of the world’s bad actors like China.
         2.  Dissertation Day—created in 2018 by Dr. Russell Strickland, founder of Dissertation Done, to promote support and understanding for doctoral candidates have to endure to finalize the dissertation they must complete in order to receive their Ph.D.
         3.  1975 Number 1 Song USA—the number 1 song in 1975 was “Philadelphia Freedom” by The Elton John Band on a run of 2 weeks in that position to join 34 other songs reaching number 1 in a year in which marked the most number 1 songs and the longest period of time in Billboard’s history that there was a new number 1 song each week—January 11, 1975 to April 12, 1975 (14 weeks).  Here is a recording by The Elton John Band of “Philadelphia Freedom”:  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2sd6P2Tu8r. Sir Elton John is probably one of the successful artists of all time with his song sung at Diana’s funeral “Candle in the Wind” having the distinction of recording sales of 32 million copies. He is still going strong at 74.
        4.  Word of the Day—the word for today is “refection” which means a meal, especially a light one which as the percentage of the population which is obese continues go off the charts too many of us chose to shun.
        5.  Stand by Your Man—celebrating the birth on this day in 1956 of American actress, model, and photographer perhaps best known for her 2 year relationship with Prince Andrew who when revelations starting circulating about his connection to Jeffrey Epstein and trips on the “Lolita Express defended him as a “good man.”                                                   On this day in
