25th Amendment Conspiracy by the Swamp

What kind of a high ranking official jokes about wearing a wire
With a goal to record Trump and his removal to aspire
Not by impeachment since no high crimes or misdeameanors
But with the 25th Amendment take Trump supporters to the cleaners
That person is none other than Rosenstein who really should know the law
Designed for succession when President under knife or incapacitated not because of policy felt flawed
McCabe swears Rosenstein was serious as a way to remove Trump
A planned coup d’√©tat to throw the results of the election into the dump
The McCabes, Comeys, Rosensteins of the world look down on us mere mortals from the views of optimates
A bunch of smelly Wal-Mart shoppers, gun loving, Bible loving lowlifes that they can denigrate
The Swamp will go to any length and to any means to overturn the election they cannot accept
Planning a spurious attempt with the 25th Amendment is something fatal to our democracy  we must reject

February 16, 2019 Ridley's Believe It Or Not National Innovation Day

Ridley’s Believe It Or Not For February 16, 2019 In Aurora, Illinois an employee Gary Martin who had worked for Henry Pratt Co. for 15 years was being and snapped killing 5 at the warehouse where he worked and wounding 5 police who responded before being killed by police; Socialist AOC whose rants against Amazon caused it to pull out of a proposed headquarters that would have created 25,000 high paying jobs was blasting Amazon for dehumanizing working conditions has been invited to see for herself (she is all rhetoric and no common sense or brain power); stargazers are looking forward to the largest "snow moon" of the year on February 19, 2019; Pope Francis has defrocked Cardinal Edgar McCarrick, the former archbishop of Washington, D.C. over sexual abuse allegations involving a teenager some 50 years ago; Maduro's death squads are killing protesters demanding his ouster as he continues to refuse humanitarian aid of food and medicine (before the country degenerates into full on civil war AOC and Sanders should visit the country to see what disasters Socialism entails; the lights must be burning late in the DOJ to gear up for an expected assault on the declared state of emergency to build needed physical barriers that the left totally opposes along with secure borders; the NFL has announced that is has settled the collusion case brought by Colin Kaepernick  and the collusion case brought by Alan Reid with the terms of both settlements confidential and subject to nondisclosure agreements (wonder when the owners are going to come to the conclusion that Roger Goodell is not worth the money being paid to him and terminate him?); SCOTUS has agreed to review a lower court ruling banning Trump's Census Bureau asking whether the respondent is a citizen (seems appropriate as number of representatives should be based on citizens not including illegal aliens); when will McCabe, Comey, and Rosenstein be charged with conspiracy to overthrow the government using the 25th Amendment against Trump?
As always, I hope you enjoy today’s holidays and observances, a music link to Drake, factoids of interest for this day in history, the fact Trump is working to have the Swamp denizens shed their optimate traits and a relevant quote from Sonny Bono being a Congressman,  secure in the knowledge that if you want to find a gift for any memorable events like college graduations, birthdays, weddings, or anniversaries, you know that the Alaskanpoet can provide you with a unique customized poem at a great price tailored to the event and the recipient. February 15, 2019 Ridley's Believe It Or Not Susan B. Anthony Day

Ridley’s Believe It Or Not For February 15, 2019 Allan Dershowitz not a conservative voice has called out McCabe's discussion of the 25th Amendment to remove Trump totally absurd and dangerous;  Congress has refused to fund the border security and worse has moved to reduce the number of ICE beds which will increase the number of illegals released into the general population awaiting court hearings for which they will never appear so Trump has taken the sane act of declaring a national emergency to access federal funds and construct what the Border Patrol has been begging for physical barriers (thank God for control of the Senate to name 2 conservative judges to SCOTUS as the Blues will be rushing to the courts to try to block the declaration); in another example of the corruption at State and the FBI, news that State was negotiating with the FBI to lower the security classification on the emails illegally stored on Hillary's email server in exchange for increased numbers of coveted attach√© posts aboard at American Consulates (when will the cabal of Comey, McCabe, Stzrock, Page, Ohr, and Baker be held accountable before a grand jury?); AOC, the socialist poster child for the Blues, is being slammed for creating a hostile business environment that caused Amazon to pull out of its plans to open a headquarters in Long Island City, taking 25,000 jobs with it (she is also being slammed for her boyfriend getting a Congressional email account); Maduro continues to block humanitarian shipments of food and medicine at the Columbian border while his death squads are killing protesters; Acosta made a fool of himself at the Rose Garden in his biased attempts to discredit Trump's declaration of a national emergency while being attacked by Angel Moms bemoaning the loss of their children due to acts of illegal aliens.
As always, I hope you enjoy today’s holidays and observances, a music link to Migos feat. Lil Uzi Vert, factoids of interest for this day in history, the fact you are successful in your optatives come true and a relevant quote from Chris Farley on dealing with demons,  secure in the knowledge that if you want to find a gift for any memorable events like college graduations, birthdays, weddings, or anniversaries, you know that the Alaskanpoet can provide you with a unique customized poem at a great price tailored to the event and the recipient. 4. Word of the Day—today’s word of the day as we move from words beginning with “n” to words beginning with “o” is “optative” which means mood expressing a wish or desire which if it expresses an end to Swamp gridlock describes feelings outside the Beltway to a tee.
5. SNL Stepping Stone to Disaster—celebrating the birth on this day in 1964 of noted actor and comedian Chris Farley who got his start in Saturday Night Live but battled obesity and drugs and died of a drug overdose at age 33, same age as another SNL member John Belushi who overdosed at age 33 also.

Valentine's Day Poem For Your Valentine

CUPID

Can you believe the skill that puts a probe on Eros 190 million miles in space?
Or the GPS that finds you within an inch of any given place?
Yet, when it really counts, when love must do its part,
Cupid uses only a bow and arrow to find a romantic heart.

In a sea of missed encounters, how does a single arrow find its mark?
There's no laser to guide it through the cold or cynic's dark.
Is it a shaft of graphite or a flowered or candied head?
Is it the bow or the strength of the archer instead?

Maybe the string when drawn back and the bow fully bent,
Guides Cupid's calling card that forces all to relent.
Maybe it's the alignment of the feathers
To push through all manner of nonromantic weather.

Actually, it is so simple and not really that mysterious or even that profound.
What is needed to prevent the arrow from missing and falling wasted upon the ground?
Only this, to make Cupid's arrow run swift, lasting and true,
Words truly meant and soft spoken, "Valentine, I love only you."

February 13, 2019 Ridley's Believe It Or Nor World Radio Day

Ridley’s Believe It Or Not For February 13, 2019 On the witch-hunt front Nadler has hired 2 very biased Democratic hacks to conduct the Judiciary Committee "unbiased" investigation of Trump's collusion and obstruction of justice (what have we paid Mueller millions for to have come up with nothing?);   Omar's  apology for anti-Semite remarks against Israel has not toned her down as she blasted newly appointed envoy to Venezuela on the question of genocide if it favored U.S. interests and why U.S. sanctions are not a coup against Maduro (why this rabid anti-Semite has any committee assignments is beyond comprehension); like a car that doesn't work and should be returned to the lot Lemon is making a fool of himself as a "journalist" by equating Trump's refusal to apologize with Omar's initial refusal to apologize for her anti-Semite remarks; McConnell is going to skewer the Blues and especially the Blues in the Senate running for president by bringing AOC's inane Green New Deal to a vote on the floor (would love to Harris on record for eliminating foreign and domestic air travel in and out of California after the Moonbeam successor wisely came to his senses on the Bullet Train due to cost overruns and cancelled the project); the national emergency occasioned by a flood of illegals continues with the Border Patrol being overwhelmed while Congress plays the fiddle and will not address funding a wall and increasing the funding for border security and the number of judges to hear the predominantly bogus asylum cases that have clogged immigration courtrooms; in a blow to hunters, news of a fatal neurological disease affecting cervids (deer family) Chronic Wasting Disease that may be passed on to humans eating contaminated food that has spread to cervids in 24 states and 2 provinces in Canada; Bloomberg who is still considering a run for the presidency has indicated he will spend $500 million to defeat Trump in 2020 (the collateral damage from the Citizens United case is coming home to roost making this country look more and more like a plutocracy with representatives the mere puppets of the super wealthy who have maybe as a result of guilt for amassing so much wealth have veered increasingly to the left aka Steyer and Soros); on the law abiding gun carrying owners save lives, in Tennessee a man with a concealed carry permit shot and wounded a man who killed an employee at a dentist's office, preventing further bloodshed.
As always, I hope you enjoy today’s holidays and observances, a music link to Justin Bieber, factoids of interest for this day in history, the fact you are successful in you opprunes using reason and logic and a relevant quote from Bruce Girard on the use of radio,  secure in the knowledge that if you want to find a gift for any memorable events like college graduations, birthdays, weddings, or anniversaries, you know that the Alaskanpoet can provide you with a unique customized poem at a great price tailored to the event and the recipient. 4. Word of the Day—today’s word of the day as we move from words beginning with “n” to words beginning with “o” is “opprune” which means to attack by argument which if it is not in an ad hominem basis is a proper basis to argue the merits of a proposal which is sadly missing in the Swamp.
5. No 16 Tons With Green New Deal—celebrating the birth on this day in 1919 of noted singer Ernst Jennings Ford better known to his fans as Tennessee Ernie Ford best known for is hit "16 Tons" which could not be created today if AOC has her way; sadly he battled alcoholism and died from liver failure in 1991.

February 12, 2019 Ridley's Believe It Or Not Red Hand Day

Ridley’s Believe It Or Not For February 12, 2019 finally in the leftist California state some sense of fiscal reality as it pulls the plug on Ex Governor Moonbeams inane bullet train proposal due to massive budget overruns;  in what must have been an appeal to millennials that when it came to pot, she was ultra cool, Kamala Harris in an interview admitted that unlike Clinton, she inhaled while listening to rappers in college as we learn the rappers she quoted had not yet released (nice try wanna-be but so typical of the means justify the ends or maybe an example of pot and memory dumping trend); we may be averting another shutdown as the Blues in total disregard of our safety want to a strict limit on ICE detentions exist (avoiding a shutdown should not trump the national security issues that releasing aliens into this country poses and Trump should declare a national emergency and transfer funds to build a wall and more ICE beds (almost every day there is another Angel Parent created by the death of a child caused by drugs, murders or DUIs by an illegal alien); Bill Gates who with his foundation has spent millions upon millions in worthy social causes rightfully attacked the inane policies of AOC who could not create a job if her life depended on it; notorious drug dealer El Chapo has been found guilty on all ten counts and will spend the rest of his life in a maximum security prison confined to a cell 23 hours a day; in a climate change debunking moment at Aloha State Park in Mauii, snow was falling for the first time at lower elevations.

Kamala Harris Unlike Clinton Admits To Inhaling

As much as this poet believes Kamala Harris’ ideas are a total mistake
Her winning the election would be a disaster when we have so much at stake
On the issue of pot use I have to credit give
Not being embarrassed by Clinton’s didn’t inhale relived
Will not vote for her for her smoking pot
And will be joined by millions who will also not
When a pot head is stoned
With the football we are not in a comfort zone
Not sure how much she tokes
Only her stand on border security is a joke
And her call for federal removal of pot from the narcotics banned list
Is premature when we do not know what dangers of long term pot use exist
Including the danger of it being a gateway to heroin and meth
On issue of legalization time to slow down and take a deep breath

Shut Down Looms Owned By Chuck And Nancy

We desperately need to have Blues listen to Border Patrol needs and what on security will work
Instead we are getting a slow walking negotiation that should drive us all berserk
The Blues are digging in their heels over the number of ICE allowed beds
Clear that their claims of the border must be secured they have disingenuously shed
When illegals at the border are arrested there are not enough beds for them to their hearings in custody await
So ICE obtains a promise to appear and releases them knowing full well a nonappearance will be their fate
Any sane non biased non partisan hack would conclude
We have a national emergency of thousands of illegals trying to into our nation intrude
We are awash in human and drug traffickers, gang members and illegals who will commit violent crimes
It is the height of inane folly to not closed the border including barriers at this time
If the Blues had any sense of honesty they would admit
It’s not about concern for migrants only a means to have Blues in Congress and Oval Office sit
They could not care less over migrants’ needs
Their lust for power is the only cry they heed
Another shutdown in a few days, Pelosi and Schumer, looms
You will own it Chuck and Nancy along with the hardship and gloom

Amy Klobuchar Warns Of Climate Change In Snow StormL

There is an adage that a picture is worth more than a thousand words
Proved true more so than ever as Amy Klobuchar candidacy was heard
Running on issues near and dear to the left and progressive hearts
Only problem was that yesterday the optics were doomed from the start
She’s standing on a platform talking about the need to fight climate change
While heaping on Trump’s policies as being deranged
Shivering out in the freezing cold on an icy platform
While a snowy blizzard is quickly starting to form
Instead of her moment in the electoral sun
She is trying to avoid having to into a warm room run
Covered like a snow person in the falling snow
An omen for how climate change as an issue may go?
Is it time for the candidacy of gaffer Uncle Joe?
Or Howard Schultz who will the need to end two party gridlock crow?
Hold on to your seats as this will be an awesome ride
Thankfully AOC will not be 35 as she might have the track inside

IIhan Omar Caught In Anti-Semite Cookie Jar Forced To Apologize

IIhan Omar should get down on her knees to Allah pray
Taking a cue from the Red treatment of King her committee memberships could have been taken away
Racism and anti-Semitism in the people’s House is totally out of place
Her comments on Jews and Israel were a total disgrace
Being a Muslim is not a license to Jews demonize
She should be pleased that all she had to do is apologize
A representative without committee assignments is like a bull with tits
Totally useless to her constituents whose support for her will be tossed like a bucket of warm spit
In a back hand way she lumped in lobbyists for fossil fuels and the NRA
Along with AIPAC as being problematic and having too much sway
Which in a era where campaign money  is the Holy Grail
More critical than the voters’ wishes on the campaign trail

February 11, 2019 Ridley's Believe It Or Not National Inventors' Day

Ridley’s Believe It Or Not For February 11, 2019 Bill Clinton today would have been trounced in the Blue primaries while most likely lying that he did not inhale pot while the illegal alien supporter queen Kamala Harris said she did without a second thought and supports legalization at the federal level while the jury on brain development, motivation, pulmonary effects and impairment is still out; Governor Northam continues to make a fool out of himself with his most recent news interview with a black journalists marking the landing of slaves in 1619 in Virginia as the landing of indentured servants (how out of touch can this man be-- indentured servants sign a contract to provide labor for a certain number of years in exchange for transportation and once here for the cost of food, clothing and shelter); Omar has been sharply rebuked for her anti-Semitic remarks by top Democratic leaders of the House (she should be stripped like King was of all committee positions held by her); Joseph Alcoff, the leader of the Swamp chapter of Antifa has been charged with the assault on 2 Marines in Philadelphia has close ties with the likes of Maxine Waters and Sherrod Brown of Ohio; long shot Blue candidate Andrew Yang is pushing his plan to give every American $12,000 per year of income funded by $700-$800 billion of VAT (at least this successful entrepreneur but a complete failure as an economist is giving $1,000 a month to a family in New Hampshire and a family in New York, 2 early primary voting states); while Amazon is said to be reconsidering its decision to open up a second headquarters in New York, news today is that New York has surpassed Silicon Valley as the top area for technology in the world (maybe all the feces, homeless, needles and open drug use in San Francisco has taken the bloom off the rose); Maduro has blocked a caravan of trucks loaded with food, medicine humanitarian aid from entering the country (nation building should not be a policy goad, but this cruel and inhumane dictator needs  to be removed).

February 10, 2019 Ridley's Believe It Or Not Autism Sunday

Ridley’s Believe It Or Not For February 10, 2019 60 % of African-Americans in a recent poll in Virginia want Governor Northam to remain despite his yearbook blackface photo (his views on infanticide merit his resignation); embattled Lt. Governor Justin Sinclair how has two accusers claiming sexual abuse by him and it is doubtful he will be able to remain in office as both accusers have announced they would testify at any impeachment proceedings (another victim of the reptilian brain); AOCs green deal which end commercial air travel, put the energy sector out of business, require trillions to retrofit homes and businesses will prove a godsend to Red candidates as the Blues continue on their leftward shift to potential oblivion in 2020; Lindsey Vonn in the alpine skiing World Championship in Sweden captured the Bronze Medal in the downhill in her last race of a storied career; in a where is the beef moment, a pregnant lady, after being informed that the Back Home Restaurant in the Bronx was out of beef patties, returned to the restaurant with a baseball bat to smash windows and the front (police are looking for her); in Nicaragua since April, President Ortega has jailed thousands and his forces have killed 325 protestors leading to fears of another hotbed for caravans of illegals,

Reflections on how to succeed with autism: “ For autistic individuals to succeed in this world, they need to find their strengths and the people that will help them get to their hopes and dreams. In order to do so, ability to make and keep friends is a must. Amongst those friends, there must be mentors to show them the way. A supportive environment where they can learn from their mistakes is what we as a society needs to create for them,” Bill Wong, Autistic Occupational Therapist who received a diagnosis when of autism when he was 25.
