After years of slow walking
Hunter Biden’s multiple illegal activities and committing malpractice by
allowing the statute of limitations to run in some cases, David Weiss has
finally started to act as a prosecutor to obtain misdemeanor and felony counts against
Hunter Biden for nonpayment federal income taxes which if convicted or not
pardoned by his father could have him in prison for 17+ years. In a profanity
laced podcast against Reds trying to kill him, Hunter unleashed the recovering
addict card pledging to get through his criminal legal issues and not relapsing
(we should not be surprised if Hunter frames the issue as one in which without
assurances of a pardon, his father will guarantee his relapse).
On the politicization of the
FBI and DOJ, the allegations are shed by we can’t comment on investigations
Chris Wray like water off a duck’s back but the Reds still in the race to
replace Trump firmly believe the latest indictment is merely a ploy to try to
convince the American people that the DOJ is even handed in its
prosecutions.
On the Hamas Israel war the
antisemitic bias of the UN
Secretary-General António Guterres has
blinded his memory as he is claiming the war has caused the greatest loss of
life in the history of the UN, oblivious to the loss of life military and
civilian in the Korean War that was approved by the UN following the unprovoked
invasion by North Korea. The IDF is fighting house to house, tunnel to tunnel in
Khan Younis -- the birthplace of Hamas’ Gaza leader Yahya Sinwar who is
believed to be hanging out safely in Qatar. The IDF also was quick to reveal a
Hamas tunnel complex underneath a school in a Gaza neighborhood.
The outrage over the “see no
antisemitism, hear no antisemitism, speak no antisemitism” Ivy League troika of
presidents shows no signs of abating as 74 Blue and Red members of Congress
have sent a letter demanding their resignation. Start to choke off
contributions while antisemitism is running rampant and university support for
Palestinian from the river to the seas would evaporated faster than a pond of
water in Death Valley on a record high temperature day.
On the Hamas Israel war, Palestine
President Mahmoud Abbas, bulging out of his suit jacket definitely looks like
he is not suffering any caloric deprivation, is intoning that the U.S. is the
only power that can force Israel into a ceasefire but failed to note that Iran
is the only power that could cause Hamas to drop its oft stated goal of
genocide against Israel.
On the 2nd Amendment
front, the 2nd Circuit Court of Appeals has blocked 3 provisions of
New York’s new gun control legislation from going into force-(1) requiring
concealed permit applicants to reveal their social media posts, (2) restrictions
on concealed carry on private property accessible to the public and (3)
restrictions on concealed carry in places of worship. Sadly it left in place a
requirement that an applicant demonstrate good moral character and disclose
family members on the applications but to the joy of felons creates a host of
“gun free zones” like theaters, public parks, bars, and other “sensitive
places” that will attract and have attracted mass shooters like ants to left
out food at a picnic.
Cries are being raised that
the 3 were picked as presidents not because they were competent but rather they
filled the DEI boxes. A rabbi on Harvard’s antisemitism board resigned after
hear Harvard’s president testify. In Albany, New York outside of Temple Israel
which had preschoolers inside, a 28 year old male shouted “Free Palsistine
before firing his shotgun then dropping it to the ground before police arrived
to detain him. The trustees of Penn went into emergency session after a $100
million donor demanded Penn’s President resign after her testimony. Several Red
Reps are demanding the Event Brite disclose to terms of its antisemitism event
polices.
On the Open Border Front
Arizona with its Blue Governor Hobbs is demanding the feds reimburse the state
for $512,529,333 in damages
due to the federal government’s failure to secure the border.

Noted Holidays: First
Day of Hanukkah: Hanukkah, which is the Hebrew word for
"dedication," is a Jewish celebration that lasts 8 days and 8 nights.
It commemorates the rededication of the Second Temple in Jerusalem,
where, according to Jewish belief, a miracle occurred that allowed oil to light
a menorah for 8 days, when there only was enough oil for one day.
Word of the
Day: The word of the day as we continue with words starting with
“b” is “blarney” which means skillful flattery or
nonsense which is not applicable to Biden on the flattery but is in describing
the nonsense that emanates from his aging lips.
Song
of the Day: Leaving the number 1 songs on this day in
1940’s to come back to the number song in 2017 in the U.S.A. was
“Rockstar” by Post Malone feat. 21 Savage on a run of 8 weeks to
share number 1 status with 11 other songs, while 19 acts reached number one
status while 12 acts, including Post Malone and 21 Savage had their 1st number 1 single. Here is a
recording with lyrics of Post Malone feat. 21 Savage performing “Rockstar”:

Quote on origin of COVID-19 by the deaths caused by
hotel fires by Alina Chan, Viral: The Search for the Origin of Covid-19:
“The lack of international pressure, indeed the degree to which westerners
and the WHO were willing to overlook a lack of transparency, will have given
governments where accidents might happen in future – or even those
contemplating making bioweapons – a clear steer on how easy it is to deflect
awkward questions.”
