Bragg's Office Pled Down Gun and Drug Charges to Misdemeanors Resulting in Release As Opposed to Deportation

 

ICE is with all hands on deck putting pedal to the metal to deport illegal alien criminals
But in sanctuary cities like NYC with a Soros like D.A. of Alvin Bragg cooperation with ICE sadly seems too minimal
Mayor Adams announced that ICE would have an office in Rikers Island Jail
Where 85% of the inmates are awaiting trial or trying to raise bail
The rest are serving short sentence waiting to be released
While Bragg and his lackeys dismissing or plea bargaining down never rarely cease
Suspected members of the violent Venezuelan Gang Tren de Aragua Tamaronis-Caldera, and Garcia living in a NYC illegal alien shelter
Were arrested on gun charges and being illegal drug sellers
The D.A.’s office felt it could not prove gang membership so charges were reduced to misdeamenors of possessing an air pistol and imitation firearms
They were released without bail with charges dismissed if by August they have committed no criminal harm
Sadly Adams agreement with ICE must not have been in effect
So they could both be deported and the plea deal and release subject to reject
If D.A.’s do not stop pleaing illegal alien crimes down to lesser charges
And jail officials keep Ignoring detainers to ICE’s mandate to deport will be blocked and hundreds more illegal alien criminals will become at large
