The Genovese Phobia that prevents onlookers to come to the aid of a person being violently attacked is still alive and well
Having received strain enhancements by leftist D.A.’s like Alvin Bragg who don’t believe in a right of self-defense or acts of good Sam’s who belong in prison hell
Most people will still fight to defend their or their family members’ lives
But under Bragg if deadly force is used that right of self-defense may not survive
Bragg’s inane view of the justice was revealed when he charged a NYC bodega clerk with murder for stabbing an ex-con violent assailant on parole for assaulting a cop
Fortunately the public outcry was so loud the right of self-defense was recognized and charges dropped
Daniel Penny who subdued a mentally ill violent person attacking riders on a subway
 But when the assailant died after a chokehold, he was charged with murder to his and the public’s dismay
Despite Bragg trying to make this a hate crime even though a black and Hispanic assisted Penny until the cops arrived
The jury was not swayed and denied Bragg’s inane attempt to Penny’s freedom deprive
But the mere fact that Bragg charged Penny with murder on future Good Sams had a chilling effect
A woman, probably homeless was sleeping on a stationary subway train, became a target for an illegal alien suspect
Who with a lighter caused her clothes to burst into flames
Did any spectator try to the fires contain?

Americans have only 26 more days to suffer having our senile dementia impaired CIC the Oval Office to occupy
When he stumbles out the door at 12 noon on the 20^th no one other than “Edith” Biden will deny
That his legacy will be the worst president ever to in that office serve
Even before the election in 2020 his mental decline was easy to observe
Normally a free press would have raised 24/7 the alarm
That electing him president would cause this nation grievous harm
But TDS Stage 4 made our MSM deaf and blind
So they had to conceal that Biden had a rapidly declining mind
He sadly was burdened with the pandemic of COVID-19

For the rest of his term the only time he appeared lucid with an unimpaired brain

But a long trip across the sands the 3 would have to endure
Today a shoppers’ paradise during Christmas to after finding an elusive parking spot
Walking down the aisles or staying home in front of a PC with clicks to choose what should be bought
Then enjoying the joys of the recipients while you worry that your available credit perished in the material gifts purchase onslaught
Although the Christmas Tree is surrounded by a tall wall of gifts your serenity may seem shot
Missing the Gift of the Christmas Peace
Needed to stress reduce and tranquility increase
A time to give the gift you cannot promise or wrap
But needed more than ever this year to escape the divisiveness trap
To not shed associates or friends or avoid family because with their politics you disagree

Another school shooting to shock the nation
Resulting in prayers for the dead and wounded but for the dead shooter condemnation
in Madison, Wisconsin at the now misnamed Abundant Life Christian School
3 dead including the juvenile shooter and 6 wounded facts--not yet released to reveal extent of wounds or the gun used as the killing tool
It is known that none of the responding police fired their guns
So the shooter shot himself after coming to grips with what he had done
Any school shooting involving a young shooter is a total disaster
But at a Christian School where the 10 Commandments students as taught to master
Total shock that the school failed to successfully teach the 6^th one “Thou shall not kill”
Few details released in this tragedy like missed signs of trouble or ease in obtaining a gun that resulted in the adding to the butchers’ bill
Or whether there was an armed resource office on the site that could have intervened
Or if there was any delay in police arriving after 911 calls before the shooter turned the school into a murder scene

Americans love admiring the lit lights on Christmas trees
Less so the drone lights in nighttime skies in the East more often we see
Our government is coming across as either all cards close to its vest
Or totally incapable to the drone owners to reveal or their purposes of the flights to suggest
Almost like a repeat of the huge spy balloons that maneuvered across the U.S.
And the Biden Administration could only monitor and only after days their flights arrest
The Administration has no idea who is controlling the drones
That in many cases are flying near sensitive military airspace zones
But it has the audacity to declare there is no threat
Hardly what gamblers would call a take it to the bank bet

Although a total failure on inflation, border security and crime the Second Chance President may be his legacy
Which although charitable his legacy will be marred by his pardon number one
When he pardoned for any crimes from January 1, 2014 through December 1, 2024 Hunter his son
The Second Chance President in terms of more pardons and commutations appears to be nowhere near done
On both sides of the aisle after his numerous vows that he would not his son pardon
He either had a change of heart due to pressure, was lying from day one or fearful for Hunter’s safety dependent upon the care of a warden

Left Praises the Deadly Shooting of Brian Thompson But Demands Retribution Against Penny in Self Defense Causing the Death of Neely

 

The left is blowing the siren call of “ends justify the means”
That because of “corporate greed” trumping insurance coverage, fatal violence should be honored on the American scene
If patients are denied coverage that is somehow an attack on all of us
Killing Brian Thompson is self-defense to prevent society from being run over by the corporate greed bus
We are supposed to be a society governed by the rule of law
Where no matter how convincing of guilt and how many viewers the criminal act saw
An alleged criminal is presumed to be innocent until convicted by a jury of his or her peers
But when justice is meted out vigilante fashion without a trial the rule of law disappears
Citizens are stripped of rights with no recourse or appeal
In almost all cases their deaths or a long prison term their fate seals
In a similar case where there the rule of law became a legal charade
The public outcry of the BLM claiming racism ends in the defendant subjected to a quick parade
To be vilified in court and the DNC’s lapdog MSM press
Daniel Penny became a Good Sam, to  a mentally ill Neely on illegal drugs form inflicting on passengers deadly harm, repress
A former Marine, he put Neely in a choke hold and pulled him to the subway floor
Assisted by a black and Asian to restrain him until subway police opened the door
Neely died and Penny was after public pressure from the BLM charged with manslaughter and negligent homicide
Bragg’s trial lawyers tried make the death a racist hate event
But the jury could not come to a unanimous verdict on manslaughter and to dismissal it went
Bragg’s lawyers should have the entire case dismissed but kept the negligent homicide count alive
Jury soon rendered an acquittal and further proceedings could not survive
But the howls from the left on the two cases reached new heights
Thompson’s shooter was not an icon of virtue doing to Thompson what was right
And Penny become the subject of hate and target of increasing death threats
On both cases the reactions of the left on praising Thompson’s killing and calling for retribution for Neely’s death amounted to the sickest we have seen yet
The subways will be safer and more Good Sams on them will appear
And the icon worship of the shooter will slowly disappear

Wagering on being robbed, assaulted or murdered is not a safe bet
There simply not enough cops on the NYPD to subway riders’ safety insure

The arrest of Penny by Bragg as part of his DEI crusade to cripple law enforcement

In criminal law there is an adage that you can run but forever you cannot hide
Especially in the era of facial recognition where in public there are cameras in front, in back and on both sides
The police had posted photos of the man of interest in the killing of CEO Brian Thompson murder case
Including one which clearly shows his large nose and the rest of his face
It almost seemed the shooter was taunting police to try to find him
Shell casings on the ground, with “delay”, “deny” and “defend” indicating not a random whim
Reward of $10,000 posted by NYPD upped by the FBI by 50 grand
Photos posted online and in public places across the land
The person of interest now in custody now named as  Luigi Mangione was working on his PC
In a McDonald’s in Altoona, Pennsylvania in plain sight for all to see
Not sure if the person who called the police was a customer or a McDonalds worker but that person should be looking at 60 grand reward check
Mangione had a gun in his pocket like the one used to kill Thompson and a manifesto attacking health insurance companies making it difficult for his defense attorney to have the jury the murder charges reject
If the shell casings contain his prints or the bullets at the murder scene match the ballistics of the gun
Mangione’s time as a free man out of prison due to a life sentence without possibility of parole is done
Mangione’s best hope is the Bragg will be swayed by social media sick posters who were quick to claim
That United Healthcare’s record of denying valid claims means that for the murder it rather than Mangione is to blame
But since victim and alleged perpetrator are both white
Mangione will most likely lose that fight

After a 13 year civil war in Syria that has left at least 500,000 Syrians dead
Syria’s dictator Bashar Assad with his wife and 3 children from Syria have fled
As Islamist rebels marched into Damascus catching the world by surprise
Doubtful that anyone in intel here or abroad had a heads up warning of his  dictatorship’s rapid demise
The fear in the U.S. is that the rebels will establish a government like the Taliban

He claimed that 100’s of American troops were committing suicide and American tanks had not reached Baghdad in their attacks
When they were near the building in Baghdad where his press conference was being held for foreign journalists
And the sound of gun fire was clearly heard getting louder proving American troops and armor in Baghdad did exist
In wars the truth is the first casualty
As an opponent and the home front must be deceived of a war’s reality
But in politics especially involving Biden and pardons the rule on truth is the same
So Americans and the White House Press Corps should not be surprised since “D.C. Bob” has no shame
KJR in defending Biden’s pardon of Hunter after numerous times vowed he would not
With a straight face lied that a poll by claiming a U.S. Gov poll found 64% of all Americans the pardon supported

64% of Blues, not all Americans, supported the pardon but for all Americans only 34% for the pardon agreed
While 52% of all Americans for the pardon disagreed

Sick Leftists Are Ranting on Social Media That Because of United Healthcare's Reputation For Denying Claims That Killing Its CEO Was Justified

 

In addition to being a growing divisive nation
There is another description that deserves our condemnation
While the shooting of United Healthcare CEO resulted in shock and dismay
From the radical leftists and some leftists in the MSM another emotion was on display
Similar to the disgust occurring when Trump was grazed with a shot
How could a trained shooter so close with a scope did not insure Trump’s farm being bought?
Already in social media “justification” for the shooting is starting to appear
Claims that United Healthcare was infamous for delaying doctors’ reimbursements and denying coverage should be causing insurers’ executives some fear
Killing the executive of an insurer for a denied claim is a most disturbing trend
We pray that with all the clues and facial recognition the shooter’s freedom should end
When the shooter is identified and arrested and brought to trial
Whether soon or whether it takes awhile
If convicted he must be sentenced to life in prison without parole
Hopefully Bragg instead of trying Good Sams like Penny makes the shooter’s arrest and conviction his primary goal
As companies in light of the execution are beefing up for executives  their security personnel
A suggestion to United Healthcare to increase big time the reward for information that will put the shooter for the rest of his life in a cell
And a further suggestion just like effort needed to allay the anger for a job dismissal
when coverage is denied
The decision must carefully explained and justified to lessen the chance the person denied feels so wronged that deadly force is applied

NYC Is Still More Like the Wild, Wild West As CEO Leaving His Manhattan Hotel Room for Investor Conference Shot and Killed at 6:45 A.M.

 

Sadly we have witnessed another broad daylight murder of a victim in broad daylight
Brian Thompson, the CEO of United Health Care, had just left his Manhattan hotel when an assassin shot him from behind several times and then  on a bicycle took flight
At close range he never had a survival chance
But before shooting the suspect was photo’d in Starbucks to the chances of capture enhance
Did he use a Starbuck’s card or credit card that would reveal a name?
Not wearing gloves so if coffee cup he used was dumped into the trash DNA could his identity claim
He also left 3 shell casings each with a word “deny”, “depose” and “defend”
Words to describe a company’s litigation strategy to bring a claim to company favorable end
United Health is facing numerous claims of claims denied
Could this shooter be such a victim or relative driven to use a gun to reply?
Thompson supposedly was the subject of death threats
Which he must have ignored or thought walking from his hotel to the investor conference in Manhattan was a safe bet
For his security detail which in hindsight should have been deployed was not
So the suspect was able to lie in wait the whole night and deliver 3 shots
CEO’s around the nation will take notice and likely up their armed protection
While citizens in violent crime ridden cities if not carrying would be praying their 911 call does not mean a delayed response rejection

Penny wise but pound foolish regarding one’s money is advice to steer clear
Its corollary applied to the judicial system in NYC law abiding citizens must fear
Bragg may be penny wise to focus on lawfare while ignoring violent felons is foolish
Worse when a Good Samaritan acts to save lives on a subway Bragg’s acts were mulish
Daniel Penny a former Marine was on a NYC subway when a homeless and mentally ill Jordan Neely boarded ranting and screaming he was going to kill
He acted on his rational belief that Neely will
With terrified women and children passengers near Neeley with a choke hold subdued
For some 5 minutes until the police arrived to arrest and take away
Taken by paramedics and police to a hospital where he quickly died that day
Penny was interviewed by police and released
And like an earlier Bragg déjà vu of charging a bodega clerk for murder of a black attacker whose blows would not cease
Charged this Good Sam with manslaughter and negligent homicide
For protecting passengers from a mentally ill person subject a warrant who chose this ride
Bragg represents Lady Justice not blind but seeing only with racist eyes
If victim is black and severely injured or dies

Inflation Is Still With Us As Trump Cannot Yet Put His Plans In Effect

 

Humpty Dumpty sat forlorn on a wall
Patience exhausted waiting for the price of eggs to fall
Not overjoyed that the price of eggs was keeping cholesterol in the diet out
Souffles, omelets, deviled eggs, and egg drop soup disappear in the inflation bout
Eggs Benedict paired with the aroma of bacon  a thing of the past
Like when you did not have to max out your credit cards to fill up you tank with gas
If they could afford it bigger freezer families would want to buy
To stock up on at least 5 items purchased for lower prices to inflation defy
For far too many Americans it is a time being meatless or cheaper cuts
While slowly sinking deeper into an impossible to exit credit card rut
Can we expect from our elite MSM and Blues any empathy?

Bill Clinton has just had his book Citizen published which primarily details his post presidency charitable work
Probably patting himself on the back but to click on Amazon or had one’s credit card to a bookstore clerk
Need on Bill and Epstein some dirt as was likely to spend some time on his dealings with Epstein and the Lolita Express where suspicions of impropriety still lurk
Bill acknowledges he met with Epstein and flew with him numerous times on behalf of the Clinton Foundation
But the book denies he never went to Little St. James Island with its minors’ sexual deviations
The book further contains his denial of knowledge of  Epstein’s sexual crimes
And bemoans having ever met him and spending with him any time
But flight records show Clinton was on the “Lolita Express” for 26 flights

University of Austin Is the Vanguard of Shedding DEI and Replacing It With Merit, Excellence and Intelligence

 

Big Business is finally coming to its senses that DEI sends profits down the drain
That hiring people based on race, gender, creed or sexual orientation is insane
Rather time to replace the “D” with “M” for meritocracy and profits will flow
Now with Trump’s planned DOGE for government meritocracy, efficiency and innovation may run the show
In higher education with its too often curtailment of free speech and diverse ideas the rule
Even that stranglehold is becoming a disillusioned academic tool
The University of Austin has shed DEI like a bad dandruff case
To substitute “Merit, Excellence and Intelligence” in its place
Higher education should be a place where the ability to reason and think deeply is the rule
Where ideas are not limited to one size fits all but expanded as required problem tools
Coupled with MEI, in public K-12 schools no child should be short changed
Access to computers and other learning tools, excellent teachers, safe schools and nutrition for less fortunate must be arranged
Parents should have the right to be free of geography that chains their kids in schools that are failing
And the teachers’ unions against school choice and charter schools must cease their intense railing
Since urban public schools seem to be in a continuing failing disaster
Time to consider ending the Department of Education to free the states to the failures master
The University of Austin’s foray into the end of DEI to replace it with MEI
May now be only a ripple in the Higher Education pond but its growth should be hard to deny
To soon reach the elites’ ivy covered walls that for professors near monopolies of liberals rely

A labor dispute between Black Friday however defined and Cyber Monday is feared like a hole in the head
A strike or other labor disruption between those days is met with total dread
Workers at Amazon in the U.S. and in major cities in 20 countries abroad are planning a strike
Demanding an end to labor abuses, right to unionize and wage and benefit hikes
This will be the 5^th year workers have gone on strike to “make Amazon pay”
So the activity this year is not linked to making workers end telecommuting and work onsite during work days
Amazon in its defense has noted it has created over 1.5 million good paying jobs
But in the U.S. inflation has the increases in pay and benefits robbed
Could be a serious problem for Amazon at its distribution centers with AI creating thousands of potential Luddites

Even the rain could not block attendance on the sidewalks  at the annual Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade
As giant balloons above in the air floating down the street, tethered on lines were displayed
Bands marching in between to lively and favorite tunes
With Minnie Mouse making her debut the rain would not the viewers’ enjoyment ruin
But a band of pro-Palestinian protestors trying to link the Hamas War Israeli hostilities
To the false claims of Israeli genocide of Gazans’ proclivities
Rushed into the street to sit down in a human  Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade blockade
Dozens of NYPD officers quickly moved in to the blockade degrade
Cuffing the protestors and removing them from the street
While in the Middle East a ceasefire with Hezbollah does not risk defeat
But it may enable Israelis to their attacks in Gaza to increase
In a war which the Trump wants the warring parties to quickly cease
Despite best efforts by the IDF to civilian deaths prevent
Casualties continue to mount when Hamas’ practice of putting its forces so close to civilians it will not relent

A Lot To Be Thankful For On Thanksgiving 2024

 

Difficult first 4 years for the Pilgrims after a 2 month long voyage across dangerous seas
Blown off course from a  temperate Virginia to near Plymouth Rock to Endure freezing weather, strained relations with certain tribes, threats of starvation and deadly disease
But warmed and strengthened by their faith and the Wampanoag’s starvation ending farming aid
A failure to establish the colony and retreat by the few remaining survivors were able to evade
In America although nowhere near the difficulty the Pilgrims faced
The last 4 years have been hard with job losses and inflation seeking to savings erase
The economic snows of despair are melting fast and the light at the end of the tunnel shines
Today truly a time for Thanksgiving for the bounty of material goods
And the fact that the fears of recession and the beasts of inflation we have withstood
With our freedoms to worship as we see fit despite our divisiveness still intact
And when it comes to disasters our wallets and purses opened to those victims who all manner of security now lack
Sadly the world beset by wars and after election we are still a deeply divided nation
And the plague of ad hominem attacks on opposing views merits our condemnation
The struggles against the problems we face cannot be won
If we shed compromise and refuse to unite more like being one
But today we know it is hard to assail a neighbor with a mouth full of turkey
As the tranquil and calming effects of tryptophan we will soon see
Thanksgiving is a time not to pare the diners’ list
To invite only those whose same views as yours exist
A time to be thankful and full of gratitude with the ability during the Holidays to it try to share
Even on Black Friday when the cries of frustrated shoppers tend to fill the air
A time not to feel anger with your fellow Americans because they oppose what you believe
If it resides in you not lessened but enhanced, how will you on Friday be calm enough to find a parking space or a short checkout line to your shopping anxiety relieve?

Ratings are rapidly as viewers leave, going down the drain
Companies realizing buying ad space on declining ratings is insane
Yet when the co-hosts Morning Joe who were main Trump bashers to Mir-A-Lago went
The backlash by their staffers was condemnation as their anger they would vent
Now we find another example of journalistic integrity out the window tossed
Before an interview by MSNBC Sharpton of Harris, her campaign donated 500 grand to his nonprofit to insure any failings the questions would gloss
This poet would hate to see people thrown out of work

Diddy's Lawyers Trying For 3rd Time to Have Denial of Diddy Bail Reversed

 

An adage passed on to aspiring trial lawyers in law schools
To give them access to useful winning trial tools:
“If you have the facts on your side argue the facts; if you have the law argue the law
If you have neither the facts nor the law, pound on the table and claim your opponent’s case is flawed
Once an A-list rapper P.J. Diddy was arrested and charged with racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking, and transportation to engage in prostitution.
And has been held without bail to prevent his coercing victims and witnesses to change their testimony to avoid a guilty verdict sought by the prosecution
For the third time Diddy’s lawyers have filed motions to allow Diddy to post a $50 million bail bond which the prosecution objected given his past attempts to witnesses coerce
The judge took the matter under advisement and required briefs to determine whether his prior denials of bail should be reversed

His lawyers are now arguing that racism is behind the arrests

Mayor of Denver Claims He Will Go to Jail to Protect Illegal Migrants From Deportation and Homan Ready to Jail

 

Looks like too many Blue officials did not get the election message--pro illegals lost
Instead of working to craft acceptable legal immigrations laws,  they are upping their defiance costs
The Mayor of Denver has elected the martyrdom track
If ICE enters his city to deport illegal alien felons he wants the DPD to protect them and fight back
Since harboring illegal immigrants is a felony with prison time
He announced he will protect illegals and go to prison for his crime
With most Americans concerned for their safety due to illegals violent acts like murder, assault and rape
This mayor from the wrath of terrified voters will not escape
Colorado allows voters to recall elected officials like mayors
Difficult to be successful but if illegals commit more violent crimes the votes may be there
Especially if an arrested illegal subject to an ignored ICE detainer is released
And then commits a violent or deadly crime the chances of success are increased
Homan has clearly indicated if the Mayor of Denver obstructs ICE’s illegals’ deportation

Change DEI to MEI (Meritocracy, Efficiency and Innovation) to Create Rising Income and Wealth For All

 

The bloom is off the DEI rose as its petals shrivel up and fall to the ground
As more and more large companies have come to realize it is unsound
DEI should be dead as soon the D is spoken
It means diversity in race, creed, gender and sexual orientation which gives us results that are broken
Programs would be welcome if they were MEI based—meritocracy, efficiency and innovation
Would lead to the hiring the best and brightest, the most profitable and most creative
All when combined together prosperity and debt reduction to the nation give
Hiring based on race, creed, gender and sexual orientation means a form of employment Russian Roulette
You are rolling the dice completely in the dark you will a qualified person get
If not in most industries you will get a lot of red ink
And in others like air transportation deaths because pilots cannot think
Walmart is a great successful company and does not want to that success impair
With losses reducing the economic pie workers will be able to share
They have just joined the dump DEI parade
History has shown in terms of bettering lives a mere charade
DEI is like a cancer growing to kill off healthy cells
Look a any organization, government, school or private and it is easy to tell

Peach and Blossom Turkeys Pardoned But Not Hunter in a Turkey Costume

 

You could tell the Biden Presidency is coming to an end
As he followed President H.W. Bush who in 1989 started the Thanksgiving Turkey Pardon trend
Peach and Blossom were the two lucky birds who escaped the Thanksgiving diners’ plates
At 40 and 41 pounds respectively will live out their remaining lives at farm in Minnesota where sadly they will not have a long time to wait
Both were trained to be comfortable around crowds often listening to music play
Never to have a gobbling meltdown to pardoning viewing crowd’s dismay
Biden did not ape his pardoned fowl by gobbling his pardoning speech
Viewers with empathy for a dementia outburst felt an empathy pardon to him reach
If viewers were hoping to catch a glimpse of Hunter in a turkey suit
Looking to join Peach and Blossom so his legal problems would become moot
They were disappointed along with the number of birds on which Coast Guard members and their families as Biden’s guests would dine
While Biden thank the members of his staff for their service before and after from the campaign he resigned
An interesting side note that reveals Biden’s true feelings
