Another scrambling QB Aaron Rodgers who is playing for the
Jets and before that for many years with the Packers that escape talent lacks
Going into Sunday’s game with the Bills Rodgers was looking
forward to scoring his 500th TD
Instead in a 40-14 loss 4 sacks and 2 picks the suffering
Jets’ fans would see
In what could be Rodgers last season in the NFL he now holds
the record for being sacked
Surpassing Tom Brady’s prior record of 565 times being by onrushing
linemen to the ground smacked
But Rodgers is the true QB sacked king having playing in 88 fewer
games to reach the new record of 568
Rodgers must be praying the Russell Wilson with 556 sacks plays
again next year
So his record 0f 568 and growing with one more game will
from first place in sacks disappear
While Brady now pursuing his sports broadcasting career
Must be please the albatross of most sacks around his neck
no longer appears
