      1. International Day Of Tolerance—this is a day especially in the minds of the barbarians ISIS who have beheaded another American, an aid worker, should be celebrated and observed on a daily basis.
      2. Icelandic Language Day—observed on this day annually on the birthday of the great Icelandic poet birthday of the Icelandic poet Jonas Hallgrimsson to promote the Icelandic language.
      3. World Day of Remembrance for Road Traffic Victims—established by the U.N. in 2005 to create awareness for the thousands killed daily in road traffic accidents—right of way often leads to death and pedestrians and bicyclists are way too often at risk.
      4. National Fast Food Day—following a few days after National Diabetes Day celebrating or bemoaning the proliferation of fast food restaurants with their high calorie and high fat diet which in the case of value meals very cheap.

      b. 1914 the Federal Reserve Bank opened.
      c. 1945 UNESCO was founded.
      d. 1973 in a Obama pay attention to this moment re Keystone XL, President Nixon signed into law the Trans Alaskan Pipeline Authorization Act, resulting in millions upon millions of barrels Alaskan crude replacing oil from the Middle East.
