DEI Causing Lack of Flight Controllers Which Helped Cause Helicopter and Jet Collision Near Reagan Airport

 

For years pilots, air travel safety consultants and airline companies have complained the FAA air controllers are understaffed
Those overwhelmed controllers in the towers face unremitting stress and anxiety while trying to practice safely their craft
Too many airplanes and helicopters crowding the skies inflight or landing and taking off into the skies
Warnings to the FAA in really crowded airports like Reagan serving D.C.
Ticking time bombs in the air waiting to explode on collisions we are doomed to see
In the towers at Reagan there are supposed to be 30 controllers to flights of helicopters and planes keep track
But only 25 controllers were on staff not the recommended 30 it lacked
Too much overtime with 60 hour work weeks the norm
Alertness and awareness in just a few exhausted seconds to be shorn
Instead of 2 controllers, 1 for choppers and the other for jets
There was only 1 for both with 2 frequencies so controller alerts to 1 the other could not get
The jury has not convened on whether not having 2 controllers was the cause
But if the either the helicopter or jet was not warned, a major flaw
What is alarming is the shortage of controllers in addition to the rigors of the job
Was the Biden DEI push in the FAA that may have non DEI candidates the chance to be a controller robbed
There is already pending a class action lawsuit brought by a white who did not DEI goals satisfy
Involving 1000 rejected candidates so deprived of the chance to control flights into, in and from the skies
Adding fuel to Trump’s push to end all programs of DEI
Adhere to them and people sadly are injured or die

In his plans to run for Michigan Governor may find the DEI albatross will send his chances down to defeat
Total failure a Transportation Secretary when L.A./Long Beach had incoming containerships detained in 405 Freeway like jams
Sat on his hands with 2022’s massive commercial plane flight cancellations and failed to have EV charging stations built which caused potential buyers to from EV purchases scram
