Maybe because of the weather bringing Chicago rain
Shooters wanting to stay dry from shooting innocents
refrained
September to date slight increase of shootings to 141 with
29 dead
With all our technology in fighting crime ironic we need
weather instead
As temperatures in Chicago drop
An idea for a way to reduce shootings or make them stop
In the hoods of color where being on streets or sidewalks
means a great risk
The city like a ski resort could start making snow which
being out in shooters would want to resist
To avoid the whiteouts ruining aim they would move to the
hoods of higher income class
Which if shootings started to occur mayor and Pritzker would
incur the wealthy’s wrath
Demanding the National Guard, more police and prosecuting D.A.’s
and attacking the one two punch putting guns in shooters’ hands
Failing public schools issuing worthless diplomas and crime
driving out businesses that crime could no longer withstand
A pipe dream that will never appear
But motivating voters to cause Johnson to disappear
