After District Court Judge’s Boasberg’s ruling that
Venezuelan criminal illegal aliens had to be returned the U.S.
Was affirmed by the District of Columbia Circuit Court of
Appeals 2-1, causing the DOJ and the general population concerned over safety
much distress
The DOJ appealed to SCOTUS which vacated Boasberg’s
injunction 5-4
Ruling that although the illegals deserved due process, their
cases had to be heard in Texas or
wherever they were held behind locked cell doors
A win but not totally complete
If right venue is selected a criminal alien may deportation
defeat
Any illegal alien deemed to be subject to the Alien Enemies
Act
Should be immediately be put on a plane to Texas that ultra-liberal
District Court Judges lacks
Our immigration court system is overwhelmed with amnesty applications with the backlog of cases stretching out many
years
And far too many bogus asylum seekers know the courts will
rule they should be deported simply on their scheduling hearing date don’t
appear
Before their hearing dates off in the future they may marry
U.S. citizens and have kids born here
Creating significant compassion and empathy for spouses and kids
making for lousy photo ops and lots of tears
To limit the tidal wave of illegals trying to enter the
nation
Poverty in their native land cannot be grounds for an amnesty salvation
And immigration should not be based on countries where the
illegals formerly resided in
But rather the skills and education they possess to aid this
nation in its economic and security struggles with foes like China and Russia to
win
