It seems like only yesterday Elon Musk was the number one hero of the eco-warriors fighting climate change
As he introduced the Tesla EV not needing fossil fuels to run only electricity giving it rocket like acceleration and near 300 mile per charge driving range
More like a computer on 4 wheels than a mere car with a large mapping Video screen
Speed, power, and silent moving at freeway speeds like a radar evading F-117
There would still be carbon emissions from the electric utilities that would be decreased
As coal was retired, replaced by natural gas, wind, solar and hydro power generation being increased
But being acclaimed as a hero for reducing carbon emissions was quickly shed
When Elon with his donations to in 2024 support for President--the Big Red
Worse to the left, signed up to DOGE implement
With the $36 Trillion national debt like the Sword of Damocles hanging over our heads to prevent
Crippling fiscal insolvency, falling credit ratings and inability to finance defense and our social welfare safety net|
First targeting the massive fraud, waste and abuse that for decades fed spending programs beset
Where Obama and Biden on cutting runaway federal spending preached the need
They lacked the will and the spines to confront entrenched bureaucrats and did not in the slightest way succeed

448,000 unaccompanied minors under Biden were released to DHS to be placed with “sponsors” where they were supposed to then reside
But 31,000 were released to destinations unknown, unable to be traced
Parents and relatives should be tearing out their hair fearing that their kids may not be in a safe place

Created the belief that the border was open and unaccompanied minors could make the long trek but in reality faced dangers that would make any parent appalled

Lindsey Williams is a Pennsylvania State Senator who is a lawyer who has never held a private sector job
Is now making an ass of herself in hearings on a bill to prevent male born transgenders from competing to their winnings rob
Doubt this liberal leftist has ever taken and science or biology course
Yet has proclaimed herself an expert in the debate and discourse
Claiming Transgenders do not have an advantage in women’s sports
A simple observation of heart and lung size and muscle mass makes that claim come up short

District Appellate Court Refused to Overrule Judge 'Boesbart' s Ruling So DOJ off to SCOTUS with an Appeal

 

District Court Judge Boesbart and his clerks must be popping the corks of the champagne
A 3 judge panel of the Circuit Court of Appeals refused to stay his order blocking deportation and requiring a turnaround of the planes
Henderson, a Bush appointee, and Millett an Obama appointee who led the judicial charge against Trump’s decision voted in favor 2 noting the order
And who must think illegal aliens bringing drugs and violence across the border
In the absence of a declaration of war from their host nations
Make the 20 million illegals’ entry into the country not an invasion
Despite the financial ruin of cities trying to illegal aliens clothe, provide medical care, shelter and feed
The costs of which are creating massive red ink and crippling social services their citizen residents need
The DOJ will file an appeal and request a speedy review date
Which hopefully will overturn Judge Boesbart’ s ruling and set strict standards limiting a District Court Judge from applying his rulings to all territories and states
First the left tried and failed with lawfare to prevent Trump from appearing on election plates

The outrage over Jasmine Crockett’s rant against Governor Abbott being confined to a wheelchair continues to grow unabated
While Crockett digs in her heels and refuses to apologize look for a censure resolution against her to be in the House soon debated
This misnamed Jasmine “Gift from God” has not a shred of civility or decorum from our Representatives we should expect
It almost seems that this woman wants her wrist be slapped with censure so she can play the racist card when it’s time to reelect
If Governor Abbott were black and Crockett white there would be riots in the streets
That a white Crockett be expelled if she did not resign her seat

Trump Questioning the Validity of the Record Number of Biden Acts of Clemency Using Autopens

 

Biden may be remembered for many things but perhaps the most unique with lasting relevance
Were  the deteriorating mental and physical conditions that started even before his term had commenced
With stamina and energy nowhere at the levels needed to perform probably the most difficult job on the Earth
Needing to spend lots of time resting on a Delaware beach and when in the White House rarely putting in at the work of being President a day’s worth
Yet in his one term as President he set the record for pardons and commutations at 4245, including presumption pardons for family members, government officials like Fauci and members of the January 6 Committee
Showing a new found energy level that would rival that of the pink rabbit beating on a drum of the Energizer battery
96% of the clemency acts occurred while being MIA during the last 5 months of his term
Using mostly autopens raising the question did he ever the justification for his clemency acts learn?
Or even worse when it seemed in the end when that we had only defacto presidents like Jill or heads of his staff
And he dementia clouded his ability to know where he was or with, did he even know his auto pen was sending criminals free on the commutation path?
The President has the right to pardon and commute but the Constitution is silent on whether he must manually sign
To affect the acts of clemency that end death sentences or the requirement to remain confined
Trump has raised the issue of the validity of his clemency acts due to the auto pen’s use of his name
But unless there are some whistleblowers that reveal Biden had no idea of the acts being done in his name, Trump will probably lose on that claim
The validity of the Biden clemency acts does not merit Trump’s charge up the validity hill
When the focus must be to supplement the Executive Orders with passage of Congressional bills
So a subsequent Blue President will not be able to the MACA and DOGE agenda kill

Blues Turning on Schumer and 8 Other Blues and 1 Indy For Voting To Avoid Government Shutdown

 

Usually when a close vote will appear in the House or Senate we normally see Blues voting on strictly enforced party lines
Schumer or Jefferies stamping out any attempts by members to show some spine and with their vote decline
Yesterday we witnessed a rare event
With a House passed budget bill needing Senate passage to a shutdown prevent
Chuck Schumer who has pledged again and again to resist Trump and Musk tooth and nail
Had an epiphany moment when his dormant common sense rose up from its slumber to prevail
If the federal government were shut down Blues would feel the voters outrage and blame
And with the government still functioning with reduced “essential workers” Blues’ attempts to curb DOGE would be shot down in flames
Trapped in a corner by Trump he realized the Blues had no choice
Schumer announced his support of the continuing resolution in a loud and convincing voice
To be joined by Fetterman, Cortez Masto, Durbin, Schatz, Peters, Hassan, Gillibrand and Shaheen—as well as King, a Maine independent who caucuses with the Blues
But 37 Blues shedding all common sense continued their resistance at any cost path which they should come to rue
A needed crumbling of the Blue Voting Bloc?

Hoping to Upset the Cardinals the Stanford Cardinal Tips Off on 3/13/25 at 4:00 P.M. With Viewing Party at Muldoon's Irish Pub Newport Beach

 

One of the most alluring aspects for the fans in the world of sports
Is that on any given game day the favored team to win can be upset and comes up short
Matters  not the sport nor the odds, a heavily favored team by the underdog can be upset
Especially when college teams are playing and emotional boosts enable the players to the odds forget
Since 1985 in March Madness the number 16 seed has beaten the number 1 seed only 2 times
The number 15 seed against the number 2 seed has been able to 11 times up into the next game climb
The Stanford Cardinal a 10.5 underdog and drubbed by the Louisville Cardinals in their last regular season game by 20 points in the quarter finals today the birds face
On a neutral court and hopefully over confidant Cardinals the pain of such loss erase
If this were a college football game
Betting against an underdog Stanford will release the upset hounds to the bookies’ bets go up in flames
But it is not and the rabid Stanford fans look forward to the new coach motivating the Cardinal players to new sustained skill levels
o sink the 3’s, clear the boards, block the shots, create turnovers to the Cardinal’s offense and defense bedevil

The Phoenix in New York politics is still alive and well
And is flying again from the COVID-19 and sexual scandals Hell
After Cuomo sent thousands of elderly into nursing homes to from COVID-19 die Creating senior mortality statistics that were too tainted on which to rely
With the help of his biased CNN brother Chris at CNN
The nursing home death scandal was more like water on a duck’s back to send
But soon women were coming out complaining of sexual harassment
11 in all complaining about unwanted groping, kissing and sexual comments
An impeachment inquiry was commenced and almost the entire New York political environment
Was demanding that out of the Governor’s mansion he must be sent
Denying all allegations but seeing an impeachment verdict as a done deal
As more allegations of sexual harassment would the end of his time in office seal
He resigned from office effective August 24, 2021
With most voters and office holders thinking his political career was forever done
But in 2022 all the criminal cases for harassment were dismissed
And the political bug for holding office he could not resist
Probably thinking that if Trump could be elected despite a myriad of charges Cuomo’s  run for office could exist
He put in his hat to run for NYC Mayor
With illegal aliens flooding into the city creating all manner of fiscal and criminal issues beyond compare

Having a Green Card and Being Arrested During Anti-Israeli and Antisemitic Protests at Columbia Does Not Give an Immigration Protection Against Deportation

 

Mahmoud Khalil, an anti-Israeli activist, who has led demonstration antisemitism protests at Columbia has been arrested by ICE
Charged that he has overstayed his student visa and should now pay the deportation price
Like the fog of war where confusion and distortion reign
His law firm claims he has a legal green card and ICE had no right to detain
Worse his lawyers calling for his release claim his American wife is nearing the end of her third term
Is unable to from ICE Khalil’s jailed whereabouts learn
The Trump Administration is outraged over the violent antisemitism protests at colleges deemed to be among the elite
Who if they do not curb the demonstrations and protect Jewish students wanting to take their seats
If ICE is correct that Khalil has overstayed his visa he should be deported to his home nation
But if he has a green card but is advocating genocide or arrested for criminal behavior during demonstration his green card status is not protection against deportation
Protests protected by the First Amendment too easily can cross the protected line
Leading to deportation which the Trump Administration feels is just fine

Cracks in the Blue Wall party Line Voting Bloc As Male Transgenders Competing in Women's Sports Will Be the Albatross That Destroys the Blues

 When it comes to party line voting the Blues really excel
With former leaders like Pelosi any attempt act like puppets when she pulled the strings were quickly quelled
Fail to follow her demands and you failed to become a committee chair
Trying to raise money a Blue rebel would quickly find the donors were no longer there
The Blues hatred of Trump and infections of TDS Stage 4 have so clouded their mind
Made it easy for her to require that Blue Reps toed the Pelosi line
The Blues in 2024 lost the Senate and the Oval Office and failed to recapture he the House
Like an amoeba dividing into sections to try to grow at each other beginning to grouse
37 Blues in the House crossed the line in 2024 to help pass the Laken Riley Act 251- 170 which in the Senate died
The House in 2025 tried again and passed it again 264--159 with 48 Blues joining the Reds so the bill was not denied
Then off to the Senate where 12 Blues voted with Reds to pass the bill and to Trump send
Blues parting company with Blue leadership as a growing trend
On Green’s censure motion despite the racist card by him being played
10 Blues joined Reds to censure Green which became the order of the day
It would appear that the Blues leadership is in shambles
Their speeches devoid of ideas and common sense more like disjoined rambles
The Blues are trying to resist but are unable to form a competent responsive argument
Lacking common sense any argument is easily shed and into the trash can it is quickly sent
Unless and until the Blues cease to support male transgenders competing in female sports
In federal and state elections in coming years they will come up short

To try to prevent logging of such spike trees that lowers the value of the tree and likely to the tree cutters cause injury
Are back in news in spades not content with sitting in trees to prevent them from being by a saw cut down

All democrats who voted, voted no  on cloture to end debate on the bill passed by the House banning male transgenders from competing in female sports which should make female athletes and their parents and grandparents irate
Blue Elissa Soltkin who did not vote and who has the unenviable task of responding to Trump’s speech tonight which will blast Blues and remind them that they are to the wishes of Americans blind

This poet has often disagreed with a lack of objectivity of Chuck Todd

When AG Bondi announced she would be releasing the Epstein previously classified files

As Trump’s compared to Biden’s slow motion and vacation routine to insure enough 

daily rest

A whirlwind of activities designed to the issues facing Americans address

Making it next to impossible for Blues in full retreat to shift to being aggress

Worse for Blues Hakeem is only Minority Leader not the House Speaker

So he is deprived of the photo op of aping Pelosi’s tantrum of ripping up the SOTUS

If Blues Continue to Crucify the Vast Majority of Americans on the Cross of Transgender "Rights" They Will Be Doomed to Lose Election After Election

 

The Blues continue their crusade to destroy Title IX
And with rare exceptions the Feminist Movement like NOW is MIA on the sidelines
After riding the one trick pony of false distortion of abortion rights
Whipping it to excess to run faster to attract more women a new pony has been saddled up to enter the fight
Ignoring the advantage biologic men competing as transgenders have over females and dismissing the dangers to females as only very slight
Flushing down the drain parents’ and grandparents’ rightful concerns
That their daughters or granddaughters risk injury from higher muscle massed TG’s from sports will not participate or from injuries never return
No matter how hard they train or sacrifice wins in competition against TG’s they will very rarely earn
The vast majority of Americans reject transgenders trouncing female athletes
Or drag queen shows to their elementary school aged kids forced to greet
Or school districts concealing the fad of gender dysphoria while minors are still in school
Or the medical profession injecting puberty blocking drugs or surgically altering a minor’s sex
And the idea when it comes to perceived gender dysphoria the state trumps the parents’ wishes totally reject
While the majority of Americans believe they are not racists, misogynists or homophobics as the Blues with their rants want them to believe
Most agree that an end to real racism, especially against whites, misogyny and homophobia are goals worthy to achieve
But the Blues refusing to hear the wishes of vast majorities opposed to transgender “rights”

Bird Strike of FedEx Shortly After Takeoff From Newark Causes Jet Engine to Catch Fire And Force Quick Return to Airport

 Flying Squirrels, bats and all manner of insects join the birds and man who fly or glide through the sky
The only animals that are able to the forces of gravity overcome and defy|
In Hitchcock’s Movie The Birds thousands of avian creatures attacked humans in Bodega Bay
For reasons unexplained but maybe because humans were crowding the airspace each and every day
Thrilling movie striking fear into the viewers who got in the birds’ way
As they dive bombed hapless humans to slay
The special effects took 3 years to master
Using trained and mechanical birds and photo overlays to create an avian induced disaster
In the real world not a movie there have been from 1988 to 2023  76 deaths from wildlife, mostly birds, strikes in the airspaces birds and planes share
The odds of hitting birds on takeoff or landing  causing death or plane damage are very rare
So persons near Newark International were treated to a surprise
A FedEx jet taking off was hit by a bird causing a jet engine to burst into flames prompting an emergency and safe return from the skies

Blues Ignoring Waste, Fraud and Abuse Want No Budget Spending Threatening a Partial Shutdown of the Federal Govenment

 

Musk has set off a very loud and clear fire alarm
Warning  increasing the national debt is unsustainable bringing us great harm
Blues are digging in their heels and closing their eyes to massive fraud, waste and abuse
Oblivious to the fact that a $36 Trillion national debt rising will put taxpayers’, their children’s and grandkids’ necks in a noose
Hakeem is aping Pelosi the past Speaker Tyrant saying not a single Blue Budget vote due to spending cuts
When in the Swamp’s double speak a cut is when spending does not grow digging us deeper into the National Debt rut
If Reds to a man and woman stand firm in the House and Senate, Hakeem can be told to pound sand
And with DOGE’s help starting on the path to reduce the national debt that will bankrupt this land
Reconciliation will a Blue Senate filibuster kill
What we need now is for House and Senate Reds to stand firm and pass the budget bill

Trump Is Finding a Peace Deal Between Russian and Ukraine Tough Sledding Given Russian/Ukraine History

 

Zelensky visited the White House to hear Trump a peace deal with Russia try to sell
Diplomacy normally conducted behind closed doors was on display in public and it did not go well
The meeting degenerated into a rude almost shouting match as Zelensky was shown the door
Trump may be the master of the art of the deal but does not fare well on his history score
Ukrainians have every right to be rude and fearful with a rabid Russian Bear on their border
With a past history of the Russian Bear inflicting upon Ukraine all manner of death and disorder
In 1932-33 Stalin’s agricultural policy was to collectivize all farms
The food produced by the peasant was not his but state’s and starvation was rising to the peasants’ alarm
Close to 4 million Ukrainians died from starvation in what became known as the Holodomor
To no one’s surprise when the Germans invaded Russia they were greeted with flowers and salt and wide open welcome doors
Ukrainians during the Nazis’ occupation of the Ukraine formed partisan units to attack and kill Soviets behind the front lines
After the Ukraine was cleansed of German forces guerilla warfare continued— ambushing convoys, blowing up trains and attacking garrisons then retreating back into the forest pines
Not until 1955 were the Soviets able to the guerilla movement totally defeat
With hundreds of thousands of Ukrainians killed, executed, imprisoned or deported to accomplish this deadly feat
When the Soviet Union disbanded with huge stocks of nukes located in Ukraine
Ukraine transferred them back to the Russian Federation in return for written agreements by Russia attacks on it would refrain
Guaranteed by the U.S., U.K, and France
That into Ukraine Russia would not advance
A piece of paper worthless as Russia 4 days after the end of the Sochi, Russia Winter Olympics invaded the Crimea on February, 2014
No effective response from the Guarantor nations was ever seen
Putin sees that Obama and Biden were infamous for drawing red lines in the sand
But when military action occurred their response was to sit on their hands
Now Zelensky is facing a peace deal being shoved down his throat
If past history is a guide the chance of a deterring  NATO response is most likely remote
Trump believes a strong America will be enough
To deter further Russian aggression but what if Putin calls his bluff?
The carnage in Ukraine is horrific with thousands of civilians dead
Might not it be better to arm Ukraine with more lethality to more Russian coffins fill before a “peace in our time” on paper moves ahead?
Nothing would please the U.S. and the West more than a Soviet like Afghanistan defeat
With a demoralized and heavily damaged Russian military with its tail between its legs retreat
