Devon Hart, assaulted his girlfriend resulting in a warrant for his arrest,
Went on to social media with photos and dared the police to find him, and sadly for him  the police quickly passed that test
Greisa Martinez Rosas, a longtime left-wing immigration activist, at a “Hands Off” rally in Washington, D.C. ranted in this anti-Trump tirade
Thrilling the crowd protesting Trump’s deportations of illegals by bragging she “is proud to be queer and undocumented and not afraid”
Probably locked in Biden land thinking  that tossing the gauntlet daring ICE to deport her  will protect her from an ICE deportation raid
Not believing that Trump will not by inaction our immigration laws degrade
So instead of self-deporting and then legally waiting for citizenship in line
She has thumbed her nose at ICE and must be delusional that  ICE will not be knocking on her door to deport her before the passage of much time

Trump’s idea of tariffs to encourage companies exporting products to the U.S.
To set up manufacturing here to avoid the Trump tariffs’ financial stress
In the long run will work but in the near term some inflation to cover the tariffs’ added costs
The problem facing Trump is that we are an instant gratification society and our patience for longer term results has been for a long time lost
Sadly for our safety and national security we must induce manufacturers who have the U.S. fled
Due to crippling anti-business regulations, higher wages, higher taxes and the continuing war on fossil fuels
Any CEO who does not answer the siren call of lower costs and less crippling regulation who does not relocate manufacturing is viewed by shareholders driven by quarter to quarter results as a fool
Due to increased tariffs, the stock market has recently taken a steep dive
Fears that most tariff costs will be passed on to consumers to inflation increases revive
Trump’s agenda and Red control of Congress must walk a narrow tightrope
Unless new investments by 2026 from overseas are building new plants to manufacture reducing imports so inflation is on a downward slope

There would still be carbon emissions from the electric utilities that would be decreased

But being acclaimed as a hero for reducing carbon emissions was quickly shed

Worse to the left, signed up to DOGE implement
With the $36 Trillion national debt like the Sword of Damocles hanging over our heads to prevent
Crippling fiscal insolvency, falling credit ratings and inability to finance defense and our social welfare safety net|

The costs of which are creating massive red ink and crippling social services their citizen residents need
The DOJ will file an appeal and request a speedy review date
Which hopefully will overturn Judge Boesbart’ s ruling and set strict standards limiting a District Court Judge from applying his rulings to all territories and states

While Crockett digs in her heels and refuses to apologize look for a censure resolution against her to be in the House soon debated

It almost seems that this woman wants her wrist be slapped with censure so she can play the racist card when it’s time to reelect
If Governor Abbott were black and Crockett white there would be riots in the streets

Biden may be remembered for many things but perhaps the most unique with lasting relevance
Were  the deteriorating mental and physical conditions that started even before his term had commenced
With stamina and energy nowhere at the levels needed to perform probably the most difficult job on the Earth
Needing to spend lots of time resting on a Delaware beach and when in the White House rarely putting in at the work of being President a day’s worth
Yet in his one term as President he set the record for pardons and commutations at 4245, including presumption pardons for family members, government officials like Fauci and members of the January 6 Committee
Showing a new found energy level that would rival that of the pink rabbit beating on a drum of the Energizer battery
96% of the clemency acts occurred while being MIA during the last 5 months of his term
Using mostly autopens raising the question did he ever the justification for his clemency acts learn?
Or even worse when it seemed in the end when that we had only defacto presidents like Jill or heads of his staff
And he dementia clouded his ability to know where he was or with, did he even know his auto pen was sending criminals free on the commutation path?
The President has the right to pardon and commute but the Constitution is silent on whether he must manually sign

But unless there are some whistleblowers that reveal Biden had no idea of the acts being done in his name, Trump will probably lose on that claim

Blues Turning on Schumer and 8 Other Blues and 1 Indy For Voting To Avoid Government Shutdown

 

Usually when a close vote will appear in the House or Senate we normally see Blues voting on strictly enforced party lines
Schumer or Jefferies stamping out any attempts by members to show some spine and with their vote decline
Yesterday we witnessed a rare event
With a House passed budget bill needing Senate passage to a shutdown prevent
Chuck Schumer who has pledged again and again to resist Trump and Musk tooth and nail
Had an epiphany moment when his dormant common sense rose up from its slumber to prevail
If the federal government were shut down Blues would feel the voters outrage and blame
And with the government still functioning with reduced “essential workers” Blues’ attempts to curb DOGE would be shot down in flames
Trapped in a corner by Trump he realized the Blues had no choice
Schumer announced his support of the continuing resolution in a loud and convincing voice
To be joined by Fetterman, Cortez Masto, Durbin, Schatz, Peters, Hassan, Gillibrand and Shaheen—as well as King, a Maine independent who caucuses with the Blues
But 37 Blues shedding all common sense continued their resistance at any cost path which they should come to rue
A needed crumbling of the Blue Voting Bloc?
Sadly despite in the best interests of the nation  probably not

Hoping to Upset the Cardinals the Stanford Cardinal Tips Off on 3/13/25 at 4:00 P.M. With Viewing Party at Muldoon's Irish Pub Newport Beach

 

One of the most alluring aspects for the fans in the world of sports
Is that on any given game day the favored team to win can be upset and comes up short
Matters  not the sport nor the odds, a heavily favored team by the underdog can be upset
Especially when college teams are playing and emotional boosts enable the players to the odds forget
Since 1985 in March Madness the number 16 seed has beaten the number 1 seed only 2 times
The number 15 seed against the number 2 seed has been able to 11 times up into the next game climb
The Stanford Cardinal a 10.5 underdog and drubbed by the Louisville Cardinals in their last regular season game by 20 points in the quarter finals today the birds face
On a neutral court and hopefully over confidant Cardinals the pain of such loss erase
If this were a college football game
Betting against an underdog Stanford will release the upset hounds to the bookies’ bets go up in flames
But it is not and the rabid Stanford fans look forward to the new coach motivating the Cardinal players to new sustained skill levels
o sink the 3’s, clear the boards, block the shots, create turnovers to the Cardinal’s offense and defense bedevil
A Stanford upset win today
Guarantees on the March Madness game card the Cardinal will play

It is said that the first casualty of war
That enables the number of dead and maimed to soar
Is the slender reed of the truth

Now with the money to be made in athletics the ideal of sportsmanship seems to have died
We have come such a long way in the wrong direction of the Olympics’ truce where war during the games was decried

And is flying again from the COVID-19 and sexual scandals Hell
After Cuomo sent thousands of elderly into nursing homes to from COVID-19 die Creating senior mortality statistics that were too tainted on which to rely

The nursing home death scandal was more like water on a duck’s back to send
But soon women were coming out complaining of sexual harassment
11 in all complaining about unwanted groping, kissing and sexual comments
An impeachment inquiry was commenced and almost the entire New York political environment
Was demanding that out of the Governor’s mansion he must be sent
Denying all allegations but seeing an impeachment verdict as a done deal

Charged that he has overstayed his student visa and should now pay the deportation price
Like the fog of war where confusion and distortion reign
His law firm claims he has a legal green card and ICE had no right to detain
Worse his lawyers calling for his release claim his American wife is nearing the end of her third term
Is unable to from ICE Khalil’s jailed whereabouts learn
The Trump Administration is outraged over the violent antisemitism protests at colleges deemed to be among the elite
Who if they do not curb the demonstrations and protect Jewish students wanting to take their seats
If ICE is correct that Khalil has overstayed his visa he should be deported to his home nation

When AG Bondi announced she would be releasing the Epstein previously classified files

Bird Strike of FedEx Shortly After Takeoff From Newark Causes Jet Engine to Catch Fire And Force Quick Return to Airport

 Flying Squirrels, bats and all manner of insects join the birds and man who fly or glide through the sky
The only animals that are able to the forces of gravity overcome and defy|
In Hitchcock’s Movie The Birds thousands of avian creatures attacked humans in Bodega Bay
For reasons unexplained but maybe because humans were crowding the airspace each and every day

Trump Is Finding a Peace Deal Between Russian and Ukraine Tough Sledding Given Russian/Ukraine History

 

Zelensky visited the White House to hear Trump a peace deal with Russia try to sell
Diplomacy normally conducted behind closed doors was on display in public and it did not go well
The meeting degenerated into a rude almost shouting match as Zelensky was shown the door
Trump may be the master of the art of the deal but does not fare well on his history score
Ukrainians have every right to be rude and fearful with a rabid Russian Bear on their border
With a past history of the Russian Bear inflicting upon Ukraine all manner of death and disorder
In 1932-33 Stalin’s agricultural policy was to collectivize all farms
The food produced by the peasant was not his but state’s and starvation was rising to the peasants’ alarm
Close to 4 million Ukrainians died from starvation in what became known as the Holodomor
To no one’s surprise when the Germans invaded Russia they were greeted with flowers and salt and wide open welcome doors
Ukrainians during the Nazis’ occupation of the Ukraine formed partisan units to attack and kill Soviets behind the front lines

67 Year Old Murderer in South Carolina To Be Executed On March 5 Chooses Firing Squad

 

Shades of a Gary Gilmore déjà vu in 1977 executed by the state of Utah
With the convicted inmate choosing between hanging which if not done right was painfully flawed
Not falling far enough to break the neck with near instant death
But slowing and painfully being choked until out of any breaths
Or the firing squad of 5 rifles firing through slots aimed at the heart
The condemned would not hear the sound and would feel impact as life almost instantaneously would depart
Fast forward to South Carolina where 67 year old Brad Sigmon is to be executed on March 7 for beating 2 victims to death in 2001
His choices were to be burned to death with a massive amount of volts which considering the agony he chose to shun
Or by the slow process of injection of a drug cocktail|
Which has the dubious record during the process pain ending fail
With the last choice being the firing squad of 3 rifles targeted through slots at the heart
Hooded to not see the flash and bullets too fast to hear the sound and maybe feel the impact as life quickly departs
Once again the time often in many decades spent on death row as brief after briefs are filed to the execution halt or at least stay
Leads one to really question whether the death penalty as a deterrence of a contemplated murder stands in the way
And if life without possibility of parole means that a governor or president cannot under any circumstance issue a get out of prison card to release

Unlike 2018 President Trump Has Invited Super Bowl Champs the Eagles To the White House

 

There was a time before TDS Stage 4 among the Blues ran amok
Accelerated by HRC’s Rope-A-Dope campaign that never freed itself from the unlikability muck
That winners of the Super Bowl received a Disneyland visit and to the White House an invite
A persuasive view supported by the NFL that a visit was an honor and delight
In 2018 when the Eagles won the Superbowl, the NFL was engaged in the National Anthem dispute
Where many players, including Eagles, chose to kneel and respect for the flag seemed to refute
Trump was outraged over the NFL’s taking a knee and opposed to standing with helmet off and  the players’ right hand covering the heart|
He did not want to see disrespect for the flag viewed on TV by 100’s of millions before the game would start
He cancelled the invite and a visit to the White House the Eagles missed
A country divided sliding into protests of Trump’s not my president abyss
What a difference due to the suffering by Americans under the demented Biden rule
With Trump winning more votes than the Word Salad Queen who could rarely complete a sentence with words like a stream of drool

Chicago and NYC Are In Illegals Induced Financial Mess We Need a Balanced Budget Amendment To Crawl Out Of National Debt Hole

 

Our first and third cities in terms of population are The Big Apple and the Windy City
Both are governed by Blues and both are looking at empty kitties
Chicago, led by leftist Brandon, a teachers’ union organizer who has never held private sector job,
Is cursed with a failing public school system so bad that for so many students a chance for a decent future is robbed
Parts of Chicago with black majorities are deadlier than Iraqi or Afghani killing zones
Only the foolish or really with semiautomatic rifles are willing to set foot outside their homes
Facing a budget deficit of 10 million bucks
If you are a minority or poor white you are out of luck
In NYC the chaos and budgetary disaster of being a “Sanctuary City” reigns
Its budget for services for illegals cost over $5 Billion in two years and its social safety net for citizens has been flushed down the drain
But with Trump and Vance elected their policies will turn these 2 Hellish pits into Phoenix’s once again destined to fly

Sadly the terrorist regime of Iran when it comes to no longer supporting terrorist like the Houthis has only deaf ears
In a major escalation surface to air missiles launched  against a F-16 and a U.S. Reaper drone on the coast of Yemen appeared
Such brazen attacks  should merit a lethal reply
Either or both locating Houthi leaders and killing them from the sky
Or degrading Houthis’ armories and storage facilities wherever they may be found
Still on the list may well be Iranian antiship missile and  petroleum production or distribution facilities on Iranian grounds
Whatever sanctions against Iran and countries that import Iranian oil that Biden waived
