Sadly Carly Drops Out

The Stanford motto is “the winds of freedom blow.”

Today the attempt to take this nation back mortally slows

A noted alum leading the charge has dropped out of the race

Among the survivors who among them can take her place?

Pushed off the debate stage by the media class

No wonder her campaign was doomed and could not last

Thanks to Citizens United and lobbyists, money rules

We lose a voice and are left with either a bully or the same old fools

To a paranoid, potential felon liar face

Or a socialist who the American Dream with redistribution will replace

This voter once again by media elite feels cheated

The growth of federal continues to grow and has not retreated

Thanks Carly for the attempt and raising the concerns that we should never forget

Still not your voice as your silence we all would deeply regret
