In a world of color sometimes black
and white rules
In a Starbucks that sets the standard
when lesser places drool
The head caffeine dispenser, Shelby,
on Westminster and 17th street
Motivating her baristas to caffeine
addicts to greet
An oasis of service and smiles all of
us would want to meet
Dressed in black and white stripes instead
of solid black
Struggling to the astigmatism try to
attack
But knowing as always Starbucks is
your office and home
Here on 17th in Costa
Mesa with our chief barista in charge no reason to roam
