We may be the land of the free and
the home of the brave
But we are also the land where
reason is swept away by a litigation wave
The land of rapacious lawyers so
anxious to file suit
To line their pockets with the victims’
loot

In the land of litigation don’t hold
your breath, not a chance
From behind bars is she exuding remorse,
hiding her head in shame?
No she has filed suit against the
victim saying he has her defamed
An attractive married woman at 36
Having sex with her 16 year old
student is in a word sick
One would hope the jury if this case
ever proceeds to trial
Tells this pervert that justice and
decency she has defiled
Verdict for the defendant and wish
her the worst as she walks down the divorce aisle
We fail as a society and a nation if
from teacher predators we fail to protect our juveniles
Everyone including teacher perverts
is entitled to his or her day in court
If she is represented by counsel, once
again our litigious bar comes up way short
