RNC Chill Out Avoid The Blue Rout

Time for the RNC to come to its senses and chill out

All this brouhaha on its stopping Trump will lead in the fall to a Blue rout

Trump may have shattered the rules of politics-- the equivalent of shock and awe

And maybe his ego and narcisstic traits are a fatal character flaw

But no matter how Cruz, Kasich and the media try to spin

His message continues to among Red voters win

In one of the few statements by Hillary this poet could agree with

“A president should defend and not embarrass us” from someone who should be taking the fifth

Hillary is trying so hard to osmosis herself into an Obama clone

Though embarrassment in dealing with our foes and with our allies is all that he has shone

Trump may not be in his speech the epitome of  the obfuscations of the Foggy Bottom of State

But make no mistakes, this man unlike Obama, Kerry and Hillary in dealing with foes and allies will not be second rate
