In Minnesota it appears that the
role of a dog as man’s best friend
May as the results of the antics of
a golden lab have come to an end
A semi truck driver perhaps in a
hurry to the restrooms hit
Jumped from his cab in the direction
of a truck stop quickly flit
In his hurry basic truck driving rule
101 he chose to ignore
Left the semi running as he closed his
cab’s door
No time to lock it when nature calls
With a big lab in the cab any thoughts
of stealing it would be stalled
Dogs may chase cars and trucks but
they cannot drive right?
The must have had no fears
Until his lab somehow put the semi
in gears
Moving forward through the parking lot and across the street
Until the collision with a parked
car and a tree the semi’s motion defeat
Starring not straight on as humans are taught when on a ride
But like a true canine loving the
wind in his face out the window on the driver’s side
No one human or dog was hurt and
this foolish truck driver did not a citation receive
His lab
wagging his tail over the fame he had received
