Maliki May Face Jail Over Mosul--Grea

Sometime the wheels of justice move very slow, but even in places like Iraq they move

Maliki’s actions involving the fall of Mosul the Iraqi Parliament now will disapprove

Iraq was handed an Al Qaeda free Iraq paid for by American blood on a silver platter

Thanks to the surge, they were beaten and completely battered

But a feckless president who was driven by a campaign promise to from Iraq withdraw

In his haste committed an act with a fatal flaw

No American troops with a Status of Forces Agreement to be able to stay

Without which the Iraqis facing ISIS would quickly wilt away

Shades of the Russian Front in World War II when German divisions prevented their allies from fleeing to the rear

When the first T-34s began to appear

What an absolute waste

Americans removed in haste

Maliki will from this government as a vice president be dumped

Even as the Iranians our efforts against ISIS trump

The Humpty Dumpty that cost us so much blood into three pieces off the wall

One Kurd, one Sunni, and one Shia to ISIS further advance hopefully stall?
