Like
the song I rode into the desert on a horse with no name
A
barista chose a green apron with a logo just the same
A
barista on the run from the FBI or the coffee Interpol-- definitely not!
But
more likely a woman that any man in his right mind would have romantically have
sought
It
takes a special person to be a barista because the bars of smiles and service
are very high
Enter
the coffee aroma and barista service and bad attitudes quickly die
All
other service providers most baristas put to shame
Even
if you know the apron name the service is the same
This
no name on the apron barista is like the North Star
A
compass point, unmoving always achieving the highest bar
If
your travels cause you to on 17th and Orange in Costa Mesa traverse
You
might meet a poet, but great coffee and service the unnamed barista will always
disburse
