Keep digging a hole deeper in the curriculum lie that “slavery
benefited the slaves “ rut
The curriculum in Florida partially developed by Black
scholar William Allen provides:
“Instruction
includes how slaves developed skills which, in some instances, could be applied
for their personal benefit,” but the White House lies do not subside
One would have to be a total fool to believe that learning how to read
or skills like those of blacksmiths, carpenters, coopers, shoemakers,
tanners, spinners, weavers and other artisans the plantation would need
Would in any
way out weigh a slave for the freedom lost
Witnessed by the desire to escape to freedom no matter the risk or cost
Boxed into a corner by their own lies
Watch the left instead Allen’s status as a black deny
Blasting him as an Uncle Tom, so servile to the whites
Ignoring that what the curriculum stated on “personal benefit”
is right
