When it comes to gender reassigning surgeries for minors the
Blues seem like the monkeys three
To see no evil, to hear no evil and speak no evil, from a hearing
on danger of hormones, puberty blockers or gender reassignment surgeries they have
to flee
Reds firmly believe that parents not teachers or bureaucrats
know for their children what’s best
Gender reassigning surgery is a one way mostly irreversible
path that parents would rarely suggest
Minors in most cases the maturity to consent to surgical
mutilation clearly lack
And once the scalpel starts cutting it’s very expensive and difficult to get
one’s gender back
If adults have the mental capacity to assess the dangers and
benefits they should have the right to take steps to their desired gender reassign
But minors going through puberty may well lack the ability
to the need for a new gender identity confirm
God help the male who wants to become a female and discovers
after surgery and trying to cope as a female
That any attempts in her new identity constrained by biology
to find she assumed would be happiness are doomed to fail
Blues refused to hear the experts and victims on the dangers and risks of
puberty blockers, hormone therapy and surgery to a new gender affirm
Shame on these Blue ostriches with their heads buried in the
sand to refuse to such dangers and risks learn
