Stay Out Of The Sun Day

July 3, 2015 is “Stay Out of the Sun Day”

Easy if one is working and not taking the day off to play

Good idea since melanoma is not your friend

If not treated early your life will soon end

The 4th is full of barbecues and parades

Such events are not those celebrated in the shade

Good idea to by working give the skin a break on the third

But since the 4th is on a Saturday a holiday hard to obey the those warning words

If today you will not have to go to work

Better to hit the beach or parks but lathered in sunblock to keep melanoma from going berserk
