Trevor's at the Tracks

Trevor's at the Tracks
A warm Saturday in Swallows land
Sitting at an outside table listening to a one man guitar band
After weeks of looking at a glacial moving growing pile of rubble
Another example in California of permitting and bureaucratic trouble?
Like the Phoenix rising from the ashes
Of a former restaurant that finally crashes
Trevor's at the Tracks has finally after too many delays arrived
High on ambiance, patio next to the tracks, music is live
Prices for the wines may be a bit steep
But ambiance trumps the need to at the final resting site to all the toys keep
Two siren beauties discussing their morsels of blind dates
Not like pigs in a blanket but still covered in bacon as their fate
One in the wine business to the selections rate
As an expert in geography and grapes to mate
For this omnivore a seafood soup Southern style
Worth the train ride miles
A trio of ceviche seals this as the place to go
In Arnold’s paraphrase, “I’ll be back”
New dining spot in San Juan, Trevor's at the Tracks
