Overruling a lower banning its sale until lower courts could
rule on its safety to banning sales base
Cited the approval of a nonexistent agency which she called the Federal Drug Administration
Ignored that the acronym FDA stands for Food and Drug Administration as its
proper appellation
Not missing a beat she went on to call on her listeners to
in their cabinets look
At the prescription drugs for various diseases and ailments they took
To warn that medications established by the FDA to be safe to take
Could be in the future like mifepristone be banned which would
be a big mistake
Ignoring the fact that the FDA is not beyond reproach when a drug’s safety it
validates
The proof of which were the babies born from thalidomide taking
moms in a armless or legless state
