Kudos To University Of Chicago's Banning Of Free Spaces

While an iron curtain of political correctness and a pogrom of conservative thought on college campus is the new norm

The University of Chicago’s action is becoming against leftist circles becoming the perfect academic storm

No more will the U of C create “safe spaces” or ban “triggers” and ”micro aggressions” where speech is curtailed

Any attempts by the left to ban or disrupt discussion of differing thoughts or ideas will fail

College is supposed the time when students leave the nest

To confront different ideas and views that other students and professors might suggest

It is not the time to turn students into lobsters, crabs or snakes

To shed their skins to be unprotected and from the hearing of different ideas tremble and quake

We humans were given a brain and the ability to create independent thoughts

In the PC world of conformity and uniformity that ability will wither and rot

To surround the students with the “protection” of the PC moat

Means that on entering the stormy seas of the real world, they will be ill prepared to stay afloat.

The University of Chicago should receive for its actions our highest acclaim

All other universities who bow to the PC thought stifling police should hang their heads in shame.
