Defamation and Wrongful Death Against Clinton

Lawyers to paraphrase the old adage you can’t live with them and you can’t live without them

Only in the United States can we use the legal system as a means to a candidate’s actions condemn

The parents of Smith and Woods have filed a wrongful death and defamation suit against HRC

For her failure to act or respond while the jihadists were attacking us in Benghazi

While she added salt on the wounds of their grief by lying to them over the cause

The bogus video that she and Rice and Obama pushed instead of that their strategy in Libya was fatally flawed

Smith and Woods both swore that Hillary told them in front of their sons’ caskets the video was to blame

Later as her conflicting emails came out, she called them liars and their character to defame

Although listening to Hillary on the campaign makes many want to retch

Governmental immunity might make the wrongful death a bit of a stretch

Hillary wants us to when it comes to telling the truth it is her story we should believe

After all, a parent’s sense of hearing and memory may be distorted when that parent grieves

The only flaw is that Hillary cannot tell the truth even if her life depended on it

Couple that trait with paranoia and she is the one not Trump who is not fit

She and her lap dog supporters remind me of Goebbels’ or Stalin’s well practiced belief

Repeat a lie again and again forcefully and from one’s opponents’ charges you will get relief

Hillary imitated in the primary a dog that yipped and barked

Better would be a dog devoid of a flea collar playing in a flea invested park

Only with wagging tail to an owner’s question on fleas deny

Then as she madly scratched herself a claim of flea free to try to clarify  

Interesting law suit on defamation that one would hope is not with prejudice dismissed

If it moves forward we might even get some coverage from a media when it comes to objectivity on Hillary is remiss
