First we
went through the agony of a test with a 96 percent failure rate
Fake bombs, unloaded
guns and contraband undetected on its way through the boarding gates
True to
form, instead of firing the TSA acting head
Merely
reassigned with for all we know an increased salary instead
Now we find
that 73 of its employees at airports had not cleared suspected terrorist lists
73 is not a
large number given the army TSA employs but a symbol of why ineptness with feds
seems to persist
The agency
charged with protecting our transportation system from mortal harm
Seems not to
have access to the terror list so it could raise an alarm
It only
takes one sleeper in a jihadist terror cell
To plant a
bomb aboard a plane to turn a flight into a flaming, destructive hell
This time
the cards were dealt and we beat the dealer as we did not bust
But how much
longer can we be lucky and to the TSA continue to trust?
When do we
consider a move to airport security privatize?
In the
private sector efficiency and effectiveness most companies empathize
