     b. 1872 the first Arbor Day was celebrated in Nebraska

     c. 1916 the Professional Golfers Association was formed.
     d. 1953 Warner Brothers distributed its first 3D movie House of Wax.
     e. 2014 Kathleen Sibelius finally resigned as Secretary of the Department of Health and Human Services following a botched and incredibly expensive roll out of Obamacare.
