Nepal Earthquake and Life with a Purpose

The views out of Nepal make you want to cry
Weeping over that when Mother Nature rumbles too many people die
We now know our tectonic plates are slowly on the move
If stress on two plates is not slowly removed
An earthquake is the result with incredible destructive force
If strong building codes are not in place or enforced
The death toll keeps rising until the major aftershocks have run their course
Nepal may be a mountain kingdom of great beauty with the Himalayas as its marquee
No wonder the tourists wish to visit to the ice covered mountains see
But it is also a very poor nation just coming out of a civil war
In an area where the Indian sub continent is moving north yearly at two inches or more
Nepal does not have enough money to correctly build in a major active fault zone
At least the world is rushing aid; so the Nepalese will not have to face this disaster alone
Google who lost an executive from a snowy tsunami at the Mt. Everest base camp
Has its funding purse to aid the victims immediately unclamped
We live on this planet subject to a day to day short term lease
Nepal shows the need to live life to the fullest and with a purpose never to cease
Death unless from a terminal illness accompanied by much pain is usually unwelcome
But at least the Goggle executive was preparing to do what he loved when to an avalanche he succumbed
