Menendez Not Lerner Double Standard

The devil is in the details and timing is everything

The Department of Nonjustice announces no contempt charges against Lerner to bring

But also files corruption charges against a major Blue Obama critic
Who has blasted Obama for being anti-Semitic

If the charges against Senator Menendez are true to the tune of a million bills

Serious stuff but pales in comparison to the IRS attempt to conservative groups’ advocacy kill

Lerner escapes with pension intact and not even a reprimand

The IRS still able to stifle dissent over Obama throughout the land

Senator Menendez is on Obama’s S-List

Will the indictment make it difficult for the Iranian deal to resist?

In the preObama years, the AG and DOJ in most cases believed that justice was blind

Under Holder its mission seemed too often to protect Obama’s behind
Normally we should not to a judgment rush

But given Holder’s past, charges seem politically motivated at first blush

If Obama can turn with a vengeance on one of his own

Israel must be in fits wondering how quickly our commitment to Israel he will disown
