NFL Season Opens Tonight with Rams Defending Title against the Bengals with a Moment of Silence for the Death of Queen Elizabeth II

The Exhibition Season of the NFL has ended and the season begins at SOFI Stadium tonight
The Los Angeles Rams will meet the Bengals to start to retain their championship in their sights
But in a realization that the NFL has expanded beyond these shores
That the demand for football has expanded and no one can the growth ignore
In London teams will fight jet lag to the Atlantic cross
For 3 games before fans more enamored with soccer or rugby seeking wins and avoiding a loss
And so in honor of a monarch who ruled for over 70 years
Giving the U.K. a sense of pride and a reason to their monarch cheer
A moment of silence before the game tonight to show our great respect
So much greater than the divisive presidents to the other side we are doomed to  elect
The sounds of silence with respect to a departed Queen Elizabeth II show
Will cross the Atlantic and the bonds of friendship between the 2 nations continue to sow
