Has Deputy PPD Deputy Commissioner Resigned After Dispute with PPD Commissioner Danielle Outlaw?

 

Philadelphia may be the City of Brotherly Love
But crime compared to last year’s levels keeps rising above
As residents of the city are gripped in fear
374 have been murdered so far 10 more than last year
There may be some infighting at the PPD’s top
Deputy PD Commissioner Christine Coulter has supposedly got into an argument with the PPD’s top cop
Over a shooting incidence and given a demotion choice
Sources saying she has resigned but she’s denying it in her own voice
Not sure what the dispute with Danielle Outlaw might have been
Only this woman hired from Portland the worst surname for a top cop to win
But despite the scandal that caused her to be hired
And the COVID pandemic and George Floyd riots putting the nation on fire
She seems to be getting support from the mayor and the residents
Although it is clear she needs to be doing more to violent crime prevent
