Wild Caught Fraud

We know that wild salmon is an expensive treat

Delicious fillets most people love to eat

Farmed salmon is full of food color and antibiotics but is cheap

Compared to wild caught whose prices in comparison are very steep

Now we find that demand for wild caught exceeds the supply

Wild caught at a restaurant in many cases is not what a diner buys

A classic example of the old bait and switch

Pockets of the restaurant owners to fraudulently enrich

Diners now have another worry when they sit down for an expensive meal

Good chance especially out of season the claim of wild caught will not be real
