The governor
of New York has just banned fracking in his state
While the
EPA nationwide relentlessly forces coal producers to abate
The Greens
in New York of course cheer
While loss
of energy business fears
We sadly in
the energy world live in an inverted Texas two step
It’s two or
three steps back for one forward a movement we will regret
National gas
production gives us a real chance
For our
energy production to really advance
Natural gas
carbon emissions are pretty, pretty low
When the
arctic vortex hits New York and slams it with feet upon feet of snow
And the
residents are shivering as the cold winds howl and blow
Science on
fracking is not running the environmental show
It will be
interesting to subject the supposed dangers of fracking
To some
careful scientific examination which appears to be lacking
Maybe to get
out of the governor’s office some sense
The
producers of natural gas should surround New York with a boycott fence
