A UCLA
professor of law on his test asks for a memo on free speech versus riot incite
to define
Is attacked
for the question being racially divisive and insensitive by a blog site whine
Burn the
bitch down on national TV does not a question of the First a subject of debate?
Or if it is
a police shooting one is condemned for racism that one cannot abate
Whether this
was a theater which with media presence we had front row seats
Or buildings
burning induced by a burn the bitch down angered speech
The issue of
thought of where the First bumps against limits is a question one should ask
Pathetic
that this professor due to the riots in Ferguson should be taken to task
Lawyers in
the real world will face issues of clients every day that to them are very raw
Trying to
back pedal an exam question to protect their feelings handicaps their ability
after graduation to practice law.
If we cannot
discuss issues because of the “racism” card we all will ultimately suffer
Our Bill of
Rights against an overreaching government will cease to be an effective buffer.
