To be appointed to a job that one serves at the president’s pleasure
And when it comes to pay there’s some $40,000 less in salary to measure
The work load of a Circuit Court Judge is not a heavy task
Lots of time in writing scholarly articles to in acclamations bask
Being the AG in a Biden Administration could be viewed as a Holder ape
The howls for Reds in the Senate and House he could not escape
Better to on the Circuit Court with chances to moderate opinions display
Than mark time in the AG’s office awash in the political fray
