Hurricane Mathew
is flexing its wind muscles
As it slowly
lollygags to Florida and foregoing hustle
Too many in
the path have ignored Scott’s pleas to flee again and again
Warning when
it comes to death it’s not if but only when
Matthew continues
to strengthen and has now risen to a Cat 4
Worse, after
landfall it may loop back out and come back once more
Optimists
always look for a silver lining in any thunderstorm however adverse
Hard in this
case but Matthew has spared Florida from Hillary’s political ads curse
Her ad buy
on the Weather Channel has been pulled from TV
She is so
aloof and out of touch that Floridians’ anger she could not foresee
After the devastation
will she visit or like the case of the deplorables in Louisiana be absentee?
My bet since
this a battleground state she will be there with the optics of flattened homes
and fallen trees
Using the
background of symbols of people’s devastated lives to push her blame of climate
change
Hoping the
wind is not blowing too hard or raining too hard to ruin her Armanis or cause
another salon trip to her hair rearrange
