9th Circuit Hands Trump a Victory Ruling He Can Call Out The National Guard to Quell Portland Anti-ICE Insurrection

 

The 9^th Circuit Court of Appeals was once known as one of the most liberal Circuit Courts in the nation

Leading the other Circuit Courts in reversals by SCOTUS and for not following SCOTUS precedence justifying condemnation

But today a welcome surprise involving a case of Trump sending in the National Guard to federal property protect

And to destruction of federal property by anti-ICE Rioters reject

The 9^th Circuit ruled 2-1 that the District Court erred when it ruled that Trump did not have the authority to call out the National Guard because an “insurrection” had not occurred

That judge and this poet’s 9^th Circuit Yale Law School classmate must have a bad case of biased cataracts or in need of new prescriptions

To not see the violent on ICE Agents and their Portland facility

Portland’s Mayor and Oregon’s Governor are not ready to throw in their leftist towel’s
