In Los Angeles if one is arrested for committing a
misdemeanor that person is released on zero bail
Quickly back on the streets able to commit more crimes following
release from jail
Good chance misdemeanor charges are reduced and avoiding jail the person does not fail
The arrested face little consequences when soft on crime in
the D.A.’s office prevails
Two large smash and grabs in Canoga Park and Burbank in less
than a week
