The autopsy of the death of Robert De Niro’s grandson is complete
A cocktail of drugs including cocaine and fentanyl his life
would defeat
Sophia Haley Marks aka the Percocet Princess was arrested
for selling him the pills laced with fentanyl
That so easily and quickly would him kill
She was charged with three counts of narcotics distribution
before the autopsy was back
The question is now what murder charges will onto her
indictment be tacked
She allegedly said the counterfeit pills were dangerous but
her knowledge of fentanyl we do not know
Involuntary or voluntary manslaughter should be the charge
unless knowledge of fentanyl the D.A. can show
If successful the charges should be upped to at least murder
in the second degree
If the pushers know the stakes are much higher than
distribution a reduction in OD deaths we might see
Maybe we need to produce a kit that a user of drugs will
know
The product is fentanyl free so into OD death the user will not go
More and more lives to drugs will be lost
Until the pusher knows his sales can come at a very long prison cost
