Republican Phoenix?

In mythology of the Persians, Egyptians and Greeks
There is the great bird who a reincarnated life seeks
A bird of reds, purples and yellow sensing its end is near
As the purples are beginning to morph to blue and the calming, civil yellow disappears
The bird with such passion to change and to rule many a year but senses its subjects tire
Realizes the goal will not happen and ignites with its wings its funeral pyre
As the smoke fills the sky and the ashes cool it is reborn bigger and stronger and takes to the sky
The Phoenix once again rules with more red, a lot more purple and yellow to the forces of against compromise defy
In politics choosing not to run again is the equivalent of stepping into the public funeral pyre
Only here if there is a rebirth it will be in the private sector that creates wealth and hires
First Corker and now Flake are throwing in the reelection towel prompting a who will be next?
As voters disgusted with their promises to replace and repeal will most likely not relect
My guess is Heller whose chances were already on a slender thread
A weak Trump supporter more RINO than Red
Flake would most likely lost to any Blue so it’s a plus that a new Red will run instead
McCain should concentrate on beating his disease or enjoying his last days and the stress of politics shed
In this politics as completely unusual time  there is no future predicting crystal ball
Having seen the rise of Trump will we now see the Reds in large numbers fall?
Or will we see a Red Phoenix rise from the ashes of those not seeking to run
That like the Trump victory the pundits predicting a Blue sweep will be stunned
