Good Things in life always seem to come in sets of three that charm

Sitting on a patio watching three  ladies as a Surfliner comes coasting in, ringing its alarm

A new restaurant with a patio with ambiance over the top

Cannot hear their words but suspect on things more important than where to shop

Sipping wine, tasty morsels, smiles and laughter the good times to seize

No wonder the swallows felt safe and sound and with feathers at ease

Ride the rails to explore one’s rhythmic thoughts

Looking at the three lovelies a portrait of the dreams the 49er’s sought
