Ridley’s
Believe It Or Not For September 9, 2016 Only 61 waning days
to go until the only polls that matter close for Trump to continue his pivot
before we elect a new president; it is becoming increasingly clear that HRC
bleached her server clean after the House issued a subpoena to preserve her
email server (looks like obstruction of justice to any normal person); any
person with a last name other than Clinton would have gone to jail; sadly we
have lost one of the few institutions above politics left in this nation, our
FBI; the New York Times needs to change its slogan for all the news that is fit
to print to all the news that supports our slant in its biased attack on Matt
Lauer, clearly a Clinton supporter; on a really scary note, North Korea has
tested a warhead ready nuclear weapon; Obama mouths there will be serious consequences
(after the red line in the sand who will believe him?) but the only consequence
short of bombing North Korea back to the stone age would be for China to get on
board with us in dealing with this rogue nation or face massive tariffs on
Chinese goods (which would force us to get real on reducing our debt that the
Chinese buy); defying all logic, Obama moves ahead to close Gitmo when we
should be filling it up to capacity with terrorists captured for intel but not
droned on the battlefield; finally in another reason why we need a secure
border and why Kate’s Law should have been passed but was not due to the Blues
in the Senate, police in Dallas have arrested Nicodemo Coria-Gonzales ,an
illegal alien who has been deported 5 times for being a serial rapist who tried
to burn his victims alive.
As Trump is trying to become more
presidential, going to www.lyingcrookedhillary.com
is a great way to start your day along of course with www.alaskanpoet.blogspot.com
and reading Clinton Cash would be a
great read to understand the quid pro quo mentality of the Clintons.
As always,
I hope you enjoy today’s holidays and observances, a music link to Mariah

1. Wonderful Weirdos Day—a whimsical observance designed to
celebrate the eclectic spirit that lives within all of us and in the case of
our political candidates for president might be very easy to see.
2. Fetal Alcohol Disorders Spectrum Day—creating a
chilling awareness among pregnant women that when an expectant mother drinks
her unborn drinks also which is not a great idea.
3. 1997 Number One Song—celebrating the number
one song in 1997 on a run of three weeks in that position “Honey” by Mariah Carey.
Here is a link to Mariah Carey performing the song. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=w3KOowB4k_k
4. National Steak au Poivre Day—celebrating the epitome of how to
season a great steak on the grill in the waning days of summer like barbecues.
5. If Only I Would Have Cared About Emails—observing the birthday on this day in 1941 of Bernie Sanders whose feel the Berne excitement came so close to knocking Hillary Clinton off her coronation path but made the fatal mistake on not attacking her on her private email server.
5. If Only I Would Have Cared About Emails—observing the birthday on this day in 1941 of Bernie Sanders whose feel the Berne excitement came so close to knocking Hillary Clinton off her coronation path but made the fatal mistake on not attacking her on her private email server.
On this day in:
a. 1940 George Stibitz of Bell Labs pioneered the first remote
operation over the telegraph wires of a computer.
b. 1947 in the first case of a computer bug (a real one not
digital) a moth lodged in a relay of Harvard’s Mark II computer.
c. 1966 the National Traffic and Motor Vehicle Act, the first
federal legislation to enable the federal government to require that motor
vehicles met certain safety standards, was signed into law.
d. 1993 the PLO recognized Israel as a legitimate state—what took
it so long?
e. 2015 Elizabeth II became the longest serving monarch in
British history and is still ruling strong to Prince Charles’ regret and envy.
Reflections
fetal alcohol syndrome: “Fetal
Alcohol Syndrome (FAS) is one of the three major known causes of birth defects
that may result in mental retardation. Of the three, FAS is the only one that,
at present, is totally preventable.”
Ronald Reagan A really compelling argument for expectant mothers not
to drink while pregnant. Please enjoy the poems on events of
