Parler Fighting In Court Amazon's Iron Curtain of Censorship

12 million Parler users whose ability to express views on the site has been muted
As without any notice Amazon from the internet had them booted
A chilling Social Media Curtain far worse than what the Soviet Union put in place
A concentrated effort by tech oligarchs to conservative thoughts erase
Amazon is hiding behind algorithms to claim as a private company it has that right
Unlike the government to ban conservative thought from the public’s sight
The rational cannot be framed only in first amendment terms
Social media has become more like a utility so indispensable we have learned
Like electricity and water without which urban dwellers could not exist
As long as bills paid, service to them a utility company could not resist
Amazon and Parler are now in court
On the validity of Amazon’s service to Parler choosing to abort
Monopolistic power that caused us to break up oil, telephones and railroads
Hope the judge applies the same hammer to Amazon monopoly power before the airing of conservative thought is further eroded
