There was a
time when advancement based on merit was the goal to be achieved
California
approved an amendment to scrap affirmative action because best to in merit
believe believed
The idea
that one to get a job or advance should be based not on color of skin
But the
skills, intelligence, character and desires to the job or advance win
Sadly in the
era of failed urban schools in urban cities run by Blue fools
Affirmative
action is back as an ease to the white guilt than rules
Skills,
intelligence and tests matter sadly not
If you are
black or brown you get to fill the slot
If whites to
advance or get the job fail no matter how qualified
They need to
blame it on the sins of their ancestors as to why they were denied
In a time
when we need the brightest and the best
To surmount
the issues facing us as a major test
Not those
who are picked because of the color of their skin
As others
rejected are thrown with their aspirations in the bin
Instead of
affirmative action the focus should be on failed Blue city run schools
Where now so
hard to get charters and mostly produce dropouts or graduates without any skills
