Russian Bombers Playing Game of Chicken

The Russians in the Pacific continue to play the game of nuclear chicken

While the pace in North Korea to nuclear missiles quickens

Two Bear bombers enroute to Kodiak Island not on a scenic bear watching trip

Testing to see if they could through our air defenses slip

 Two fighters intercepted them 100 miles out

After escorted for a few miles they turned about

With tensions mounting on the Korean peninsula by the hour each day

Not a good idea to practice bombing approaches even with closed bomb bays

In a world where three nations each have the capacity to bring on true climate change in the form of a nuclear winter

With five nations with economies in the region so huge a war with WMD would have the world in the economic Dark Ages reenter

While another starving country wants to be the mouse that roared

By all sanctions and resolutions against it to totally ignore

Dangerous world with the clock ticking closer to midnight

Each day of sabers rattling about another missile test will we see again another daylight

We dodged a mistake and we obviously passed this Russian test

Among the big three nukers in the region we need to tone it down and provocations especially by Kim arrest
