Many people are questioning the death penalty as a deterrent
where
4 convicts with an execution date
Which due to all manner of legal appeals and motions the
execution a future time again and again now awaits
No one wants to kill a convict who is innocent
Which explains the appeals and money spent
Wonder if the time on pins and awaiting the granting or denial
of an appeal is cruel and unusual punishment
Might be better to have in death penalty cases no possibility
of parole and life imprisonment
In Florida after almost 4 decades on death row a killer for
the 17th time by a cocktail lethal injections was to his grave sent
